This was my first visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. When I tried to ask a question about the menu, the staff member I spoke with didn’t seem very interested or helpful in guiding me toward the best options. I ordered a toast sandwich, but since they don’t have an oven, it was just heated on the griddle and didn’t come out toasted as expected.
On the positive side, the cashier was very kind and polite, even though their register wasn’t working properly. I ended up being charged twice, but I assume my bank will correct it in a few days.
Overall, I appreciated the friendly service at the register, but the lack of helpfulness from the staff and the food not matching expectations left me disappointed.

My sub is always fire and fresh. I usually order online for pick up and it’s normally ready at the time they give me. The staff is friendly and upbeat.

I wanted to give this Jimmy Johns a shout out. It seems the franchise ownership has changed. That said, the service and quality are 10 times better than they have been over the last few years. It seems a small family took on the franchise license, or something. Whatever the change, it has improved dramatically, I hope others will give this new group a fair shot and some new ratings to get their rating back up. Thanks!

I don’t often review fast food chains, but this location is outstanding. Orders are typically accurate and delivered quickly or ready for pickup in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and excel at customer service. On the rare occasion that there has been an issue with an order, it was resolved quickly. Josh is a stand out for customer service. What I most like is the ease of online ordering and the ability to customize your sandwiches down to the smallest detail.

i stop by the store on Sunday after 11 and there was sign that says closed for today but google says they are open and so does online ordering. My real problem is i place an order in which i thought was from this location but it wasn’t but if they had been open as they advertise, they are I would have found out that i order it at the wrong place and could have gone to the correct location get my sandwich

The location was brightly lit and clean. The cashier was patient with me because I couldn’t decide on what to order. She clarified and made two suggestions. I finally decided on the chicken wrap.

I’ve waited over an hour for my food and it’s still not delivered. I had to go to lunch without having my food. They won’t answer their phone. It usually takes 10 minutes max. I understand if they are busy but over an hour for one sandwich…. very disappointed!
After 1 hour and 20 minutes I wait to get my food they even gave me the wrong cookie….I don’t eat oatmeal raisin….
