Is my first time at Jimmy Jhon’s, my choice for the evening was a #9 Italian Club Sandwich.
I can say that this is one good sandwich. All the ingredients were fresh, and the preparation of the sandwich was well done, when I took a bite it wouldn’t fall off.
This place is very clean and the ambient is pleasant.

I walked in at 10:40 a.m. It was a Tuesday after the president’s holiday. No one noticed me, as they were prepping for the day to begin. I waited about 1 minute overlooking the menu when a young lady walks in the door and greeted me. She proceeded to take my order asked if I wanted the bread toasted I declined. She asked if I wanted to get a chip and soda I declined. I settled on just the sandwich which is a number seven a spicy Italian I promptly paid once I was given my receipt she commenced to making my sandwich. The moment she put her gloves on it took nearly 1 and 1/2 minutes before she was finished with my sandwich very quickly. I asked her to add some mustard which she obliged. After that she wrapped it up handed it to me I am now biting to this nice cool sandwich meat nicely chilled and bread as well. Not much in the form of talk. I can deal with that as long as my food isn’t a timely fashion.

This is our 3rd time here , My bf and I usually come on Fridays . Today we arrived 740 11/2 and every time we visit this location, the service is excellent. The place is always clean. The sandwiches are fresh starting from the veggie, proteins, and bread. Fast service and easy to order . I always enjoy my Vito sandwich, bf is turkey Tom ..The manager, I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name , is always very polite and always pleasant! I’m very picky with my sandwiches and by far my new favorite place! Tk me later!

I love eating here. The food is great. Usually the service is great, but today the manager Ronald had a very bad and rude attitude and told me to leave the store if I didn’t want to eat the sandwich the way that it is originally made. All I ask was for heavy mayo and extra lettuce. He claims that’s not how we make them, even tho I have eaten there on many occasions. I will not eating there again when he’s there.

I customize my sandwich for allergen purposes and as a vegetarian. Almost always I get wrong or missing ingredients. Today I got meat on a vegetarian sandwich. Never had problems with other JJ branches.

This Jimmy John’s is new and just opened up on the new shopping center directly in front of the UM Sylvester.
It is pretty good, The service is fast and the sandwiches are probably the best you can get in the entire Health District.
The only negative is that it gets very full between 12 Noon and 2PM, but then again everyone loves Jimmy Johns :).

I went twice, and the food was not fresh either time. The veggies were almost frozen, and the bread was stale. I’ve never experienced stale bread or frozen veggies at a Jimmy John’s before.

Service is here is always great and the sandwiches are always fantastic. Love the tuna and italian ones and even the bbq chips. Also the commercials for jimmy johns saying they are fast to delover is no joke. I always order from University Of Miami hospital and by the I quickly help a patient the food is there lol. Its really amazing.
