Was staying at the Four Seasons hotel in Miami for a couple of nights, and wanted a quick cheap dinner, so went here. Got there at around 7:30pm on a Tuesday, and was the only customer. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich (toasted) and it was ready within 5 minutes. Cost 11 bucks, which is decent for that area. Staff was friendly, and I liked the hanging bike and other decor of the place.

I travel for work and eat jimmy johns just about every other day for lunch. This store is not up to par with their other franchises. I ordered curbside and the employee brought out an empty cup which was the wrong size. Why would a customer order curbside to go back into the restaurant? The main issue is the sandwich is extremely sloppy. With condiments on one side and none on the other. They did not include mayo or mustard packets as I requested. I requested the sandwich be cut in half, which it was not. I ordered potato salad they did not include a fork. The store was dead so it’s not an issue of being busy. I do not normally leave negative reviews. I will not return to this location

Good spot if you’re in a hurry in Brickell. Freaky fast just like the ads. Healthy options and an Unwich that is a sandwich without bread but wrapped in lettuce. No need to make reservations. Get your order in minutes.

Ordered, was told hours later it was cancelled. Skip to two weeks later I had to cancel through my card company because I kept getting the run around they were working on it. Told I’d get a compensation many times by management. Thanks for nothing! Worst experience ever!

I’m conflicted about Jimmy Johns. Their food is amazing, the bread is just the right level of softness and firmness, the staff is really nice and delivery is super-quick. I even know competing sandwich shops that test delivery methods in order to be able to deliver more quickly than Jimmy John’s, but to no avail.
The delivery is via bicycle and the delivery guys might nearly run you over while you’re walking around Brickell, but they’re doing their job. Also, since the delivery is very quick and via bicycle, the delivery area is not so large.
I’m also mad at the owner for being a trophy hunter, but that doesn’t affect the quality of their sandwiches and the people who work in the restaurant are always very nice.

Best delivery driver! Most of the time, I receive my food as soon I finish my order. Rarely have over an hour or more wait time but obviously could be due to high demand or bad weather.
