Very good sandwiches made by very nice employees. Chris takes great care of me everytime I’m there and Andy is a very funny guy and Kobe is very sweet. They deserves a raise. The atmosphere is about what you would expect from a fast food sandwich shop and I enjoy every visit there after my shift at the nearby AutoZone. Highly recommend stopping here for a bite. JimmyJohn’s is awesome.

This place is like any other Jimmy John’s you go to… Quick, Easy, and is what you expect. Good customer service, and they are knowledgeable of their menu. Still can’t hold a candle to PubSubs but a good alternative.

Ordered for delivery waited half an hour and I ordered an hour early. I love their food but was told my order was on its way and waited 30 minutes called and was then told it had just been picked up. Cecil was professional but I am displeased with the service today.

The restaurant was very clean and so were the bathrooms and they definitely offer fast and friendly service! We were helped right away and the cashier was happy to offer advice based on what we were looking for. The subs weren’t the best I’ve ever had, but they were good. The only thing that I really didn’t like was the fact that they don’t really offer a children’s menu. We were informed that they have subs that are plain (just meat and cheese) that are better for kids, but they are the same size as the regular subs. Overall, I was happy with my visit to Jimmy John’s.

Management needs to step it up at maybe Corporate should investigate.
This area isn’t the best in this southern region.

The pan-handlers, street beggars and purse snatchers are here are eagerly awaiting their next victim. And don’t leave you car unattended if you park. So beware.

Terrible service through Door Dash , from this location. It takes almost 2 hours after you place an order for them to Deliver it, they play with the app somehow so it states is already delivered and the food is not there . When you call them they are rude and sarcastic covering up for the food being late instead of apologizing for the delay and insuring the best customer service, this might be do to upper management not having those skills. This has occurred multiple times never ordering here. There employees don’t even care. I’m sure if more customers stop shopping they will see the value in customer service.
