Stopped by the Jimmy John’s drive-thru and ordered a basic #4 Turkey sub with a side of potato salad. The potato salad was flavorful. The turkey sub was solid, nothing fancy but it was a simple order so that was expected. The bread was fresh and overall it hit the spot. The girl who took my order was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude, which made the experience even better. Service was fast!

Trash service. People who worked there were so dry and stale like my sandwich. I ordered a beach club and the avocado was black. The only thing that was good was the salt and vinegar chips I got with my meal. 1/10, needs better service and better ingredients. Subway has better slop than this, I would rather eat from Jared Fogle before I go here again. And that says a lot.

I went in and ordered a veggie wrap. I received half a head of lettuce instead. I paid 11.00 plus 2.50 tip and I will NEVER go back again. Jimmy Johns may have gotten my business ONE TIME! LAST TIME TOO! I also believe any good reviews are made by employees or friends of the employees getting free sandwiches. They make the sandwichs for their selves really good. This place is a JOKE and should be SHUT DOWN

I placed an order over the phone and I repeated it multiple times to make sure everything was right. The man confirmed and said the food would arrive soon. When it did, two bags of chips were missing.
I called right away, after tipping the driver, to let them know. I was told, “Oh well” I explained it’s not about the money, I wanted my full order. Instead, they told me if I wanted the chips, I had to pick them up myself, which defeats the whole point of delivery.
When I asked for something extra for the hassle, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and refused. Not a single apology, just attitude.
So, I got in my car and drove all the way to get the chips myself. They didn’t even refund me, just left a credit for future use & the lady still didn’t apologize as a matter of fact gave me more attitude.

I ordered 2 beach club sandwiches for delivery. It was raining when the driver delivered the subs, so I gave a nice tip & paid in cash. When I unwrapped the sandwich, I immediately noticed the brown lettuce. So I just scooped it off. As I’m picking through the lettuce, I realize there is NO TURKEY in my sandwich! Neither of the 2 sandwiches had turkey in them! They were meatless sandwiches with brown lettuce.
I called the restaurant and was transferred to the manager. The manager offered me a store credit. I told the manager, “it’s my family’s dinner time and I don’t have any thing else to eat. Could you send us the correct sandwiches.” The female manager on the phone said “I can not prove there is no meat in your sandwhich, so I can not replace the sandwiches”. (This is why I’m going out of my way to leave a review.). She was insinuating I was lying, and leaving me without dinner! I told her I wouldnt be going back to her store, so I didn’t want the credit I wanted a refund. Since I paid in cash, this poor driver was sent to drop off my refund! This manager chose to send her driver twice and leave the customer hungry
We ended up going to a McDonalds drive thru for a late, unhealthy dinner
In the middle of this,I remembered this exact error had happened to me about 6 months ago with this same location. The difference was that when I called the store to tell them, the response from that employee was “sorry about that I’ll have a new sandwich sent over”. It was inconvenient, but I understand mistakes happen. No big deal. The way the problem was handled this time was very different and disappointing.

The restaurant was very clean and so was the ladies’ bathroom. The guys behind the counter was very professional..I’ve no complaints. The pics are of the #5 Unwich. Its a lettuce wrap…wow! Delicious!

Ordered delivery from here to a location about 3 minutes away. They failed to mention delivery guy didn’t come to work. Waited over an hour for a third party to pick it up. When we called the store to check on the order they were super rude to us. By the time we got the food it was an hour and a half after order was placed and sandwiches were soggy!
