Stopped in to place a Togo order. I ordered a giant ultimate porker and a regular Billy club. I live about 7 miles away from this store so when I got home I was extremely disappointed and frustrated when I saw my subs. The giant ultimate porker had 1 slice of ham folded over and a sliver of bacon. I’ve seen kids subs with more meat. I was shocked that I had just spent $20 on it and I was actually served that. The Billy club was slapped together but was decent considering the other sub. I called the manager to let him know and all he said was sorry. I asked him if there was anything he could do for me and he said “I guess I can give you a free sub next time you’re here”

I’m a disabled woman who was completely discriminated against because of my hearing aid and limp. I’m not sure why. I walked in said good morning to the staff and used the restroom before I went to order. As I was walking out of the bathroom I was told it was for customers only. I never got a chance to even order. I’m epileptic and a disabled veteran. The man followed me to the restroom and waited for me to exit which was quite disturbing. He was the owner. The man then proceeded to tell me he knew I wasn’t a customer. I told him with that attitude I never would be a customer. I have to ride the bus due to my disabilities and am being discriminated against because of it.

im am so very disappointed i always order the beach club. it is supposed too have avacodo spread on it. i’ve ordered the beach club THREE times now, every time it gives me no avacado spread. i ignored it thinking it was a innocent mistake but this is ridiculous.

Our all time favorite sandwich. We order at least once a week. The bread and all ingredients are super fresh. Meats are sliced thin to perfection. Delivery is freaky fast and most importantly we have never had any order wrong or an item forgotten how do you do it so consistently perfect. Get their app for free goodies. All I can say is thank you Jimmy John’s team

Always bummed that they don’t deliver to my location.. it’s really not that far guys! It’s a good place to eat.. parking lot can be a pain sometimes since they’re next to Walmart. Staff is friendly, food is always ready by the time I get my receipt. They’re fast for sure.
