I ordered the Tuscan Wrap and it was fabulous. The environment was very clean and welcoming. The music was nice but a bit loud for me; maybe I am just old.

Please read…. The staff here is amazing. Aylssa and Dave are examples of amazing work ethic. Now let me explain…this store is on my way home. I get off late around 8 right when they close. My wife orders online. I’m outside waiting and observing a staff of young adults. Who are getting ready to close and I’m sure not pumped about my last minute order. Their legit cleaning up to close and what do they do. The stop what they were doing and washed their hands and made our food, wrapped it packed it in Jimmy Johns fashion. Now why am I soooo impressed by them? Because in todays world it’s a time people don’t want to work or they do but don’t care about the quality of work they do. I’m writing this review for these young adults who went to worked and did it with pride. This staff should be rewarded for how amazing they are. I’ll be stopping by here more often knowing that they care for our, the customers health and safety. Top notch

First time to this location and was an overall good experience. Have many friends that frequent this JJ and they always have good things to say.

Looks remodeled or somewhat newer and the staff were friendly as they greeted us as we entered.

Super friendly team! I received a warm greeting as soon as I entered. The lady at the front register was very welcoming. When I got my sandwich, it had tomatoes on it, which I don’t like and hadn’t seen in the sandwich description. I went back to the front and let them know that it was wrong. Turns out, it wasn’t wrong – lettuce, tomato, and mayo come on every sandwich. I later realized that the lady at the front desk had asked if I was OK with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on my sandwich, and I totally missed what she had said. You know those moments when you go on autopilot when ordering and agree with what is said without actually registering what is said? Yeah, I had one of those moments. Long story short, the sandwich wasn’t wrong, I received exactly what I had ordered! Both the lady at the register and the manager who came over were so kind, and offered to remake the sandwich at no charge, despite it being my mistake (I really really really dislike raw tomato). I couldn’tbe more appreciative! Top notch customer service!!!

3 miles away, closest Jimmy John’s to me and yet won’t let me order delivery because its not close enough i guess, the next closest one is nearly 10 miles away. Used to love this place but how ridiculous. I’ll never go here again, thankfully I found a sub place that will actually deliver. They deserve my money far more than Jimmy Johns.

This is the 3rd time that I had issues with this location. The food is great, the location not bad, employees friendly but completely not willing to correct any mistakes from their end. Not trained properly and the manager also doesn’t think costumer satisfaction is important. First time I ordered on line paid and there was issue with delivery. Was told to go and pick up at location. It showed on Google as open. Arrived at location to find it closed. Called the creditcard company and cancelled the order. When I brought that to the manager of the store she bluntly said sorry without any kind off real apologetic actions. Discount on the order, free dam cookie or sympathy towards the issue and time spend on this order. Second time ordered in store and wasn’t offered to input my number for the club and perks count. The tird time the same happened and before leaving the store I told them about it and they were again just like sorry we can’t do anything about it. Ues they can, train their personal, void the recepie and reissue another one, point ypu to call the corporate office or whatever. It takes costumer satisfaction to make a store stand out. Always clean and fast and tasty. The manager Wayne is fantastic. He and his employees are super accommodating and friendly. They make things right even when it’s not their fault. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a sandwich today and I did not give accurate instructions on how to get to my workplace. However, Ricardo was extremely patient and helpful, along with the staff I talked to on the phone. Was super impressed and the sandwich was great too. Appreciate it guys!
