My boss ordered the new Chicken Caesar Wrap and a slim Tuna sandwich.. The wrap was good, the sandwich was HORRIBLE!
You can’t even call it a sandwich because its mostly just HARD BREAD. Seems as if they just put 1 teaspoon of tuna on the rock-like bread and spread it. My boss called the store and the lady said “Sorry you aren’t satisfied with our food but it is NORMAL.” This is worst than eating Popeyes biscuit without any drink.
Please make sure you check your food before the delivery driver leaves. 2 stars because they definitely delivered FREAKY FAST though.

I was calling to place a to go order. I called 3 times in the span of 30 minutes. I waited so long that it hung up automatically. Unacceptable.

I walked in around 11:30 a.m today and was greeted by the workers. The lady who took my order had such a nice contagious smile which really made my day. My food was made well and it fast. According to the reciept the cashier name was Key S. I think she deserves all the praise and maybe even a raise 😉

Service was fast and friendly. We were greeted immediately upon entering and the order taking process was smooth and the person, while clearly busy, was making a good effort to be friendly.
Indoor seating is being limited to a healthy social distance spacing. So the number of indoor seeds is actually fairly Limited at present.
The sandwiches we got we’re just okay. Well the bread seemed fresh the overall flavor of our sandwiches was just a little flat and not up to what we remember the quality of Jimmy John’s from the past. It wasn’t bad, but it definitely seemed to step down from the last time we were there which was over a year ago.
I won’t judge it, by just one visit as it was okay this time and quite good in the past. We’ll come back again and give it another try.

I have gotten great orders from here many times though recently, not so much. Confusingly though, a few weeks back it said they closed at 3PM and now, although google says open until 8pm, no one answers the phone at 6:40 and the website says I can’t order from here at this time (6:40 on Thurs).
I just want an easy dinner guys, when are you open?
Update 3/14/24: they’ve had extremely erratic hours for the last year+ and are currently listed as having no open hours. Thanks for the waste of time.

I was attending a convention of 10k people and Jimmy Johns was one of the few restaurants, well known and easily accessible. Between our event participants and the college students on campus, this establishment remained busy but consistent. They were freaky fast, fresh, and frickin good!! They’re staff handled the crowds with poise and grace, offering all around great customer service!

My last order never showed up. Paid, but never got my lunch. When I contacted the store, I was given a credit of $20.00, and an excuse that they didn’t know what was wrong with their delivery person, however they are short-staffed. My order was $25.40. When I tried calling, no answer. When I tried to order online, they no longer deliver. Now, they don’t even show up as a location near me. No more JJ for me.

This Jimmy John’s is one of my top favorite spots to eat in campus! They’re very clean, fast and the sandwiches always taste great! I would definitely recommend this place, if you’re looking for a good sandwich place on Campus!
