Great food. Always very clean. Employees are so nice. During recent parade, another business wouldn’t let customers use restroom. At Jimmy John’s, customers were allowed. I started to make another purchase so my granddaughter could go in. They said it wasn’t necessary and I greatly appreciate it. Jimmy John’s will get more of my business. The other place will not. Thank you !!

my go-to sandwich stop in the area! service is super quick and the staff is so nice. their roast beef sandwich with mayo, lettuce, and tomato on french bread (#2 Big John) is so good and fresh. their tuna sandwich with mayo, cucumber, and tomato on french bread (#3 Totally Tom) is another great one. they also have a variety of chips and Coke products. there’s indoor seating but no outdoor seating. i’ve also worked with them for catering orders and had a good experience every time!

7/3 order, messed up. Had to be re-delivered. The tuna on the #15 is non existent. 7/7 order, messed up again. Didn’t bother calling this time, but no chips, no napkins and tuna is non existent again. $40+ delivered for 2 sandwiches. Do better!!

Oh jimmy johns, at woodland as being the first time being at your restaurant, and from Miami, let me say the service here at this location was terrible, April had such a distaste attitude towards me, while I was being polite and asking questions, allow me if I am wrong but if I am new to your location the service should be friendly not annoyed I’ve never been here why the attitude April ? It’s because I am different? Overall the food is good, my sandwich didn’t even get cut. I thought it did. Not friendly staff at the time 10-1130am. Thanks for my first experience at jimmy johns food was good staff was not. I can’t phantom why they would franchise to someone with such an

Service is usually freaky slow even when there are two customers in the store. This is not the Jimmy John’s I grew up with in college (fast friendly service and accurate orders). I swear every time we come to this store, they get our order wrong. Ask for a giant sub? You get an original. Double checking that the #8 comes with mustard? They forget to put it on. Either your employees don’t know the menu or your menu board is misleading and doesn’t list all the ingredients. Cmon Jimmy John’s. Do better.
