Had the Vito Italian. The meat was sliced super paper thin, and added as a single layer, which was so little meat I would have needed to pay for triple extra meat just to be closer to the amt on a normal Publix Italian at the same price. Not a good value especially now that eating out has become a luxury in this economy. Disappointing

We ordered ahead two unwiches, pickles, and drinks. Everything was ready when we arrived. The service was great as was the food. We both ordered the Caprese Salami Pesto and it was fantastic. I highly recommend.

We had a really bad experience today.my daughter went to purchase two bacon chicken ranch subs. One of them was well done. The other was burnt. I call the store to explain that they burnt My sandwich . I would get a replacement and the manager on duty were Extremely Rude!
He said that they’re not gonna replace it because we asked for it well done and I’m trying to explain to the manager that there is a difference between well done and burnt, but he cut me off and told me to have a great day. I will never come back again. This is horrible customer service all we asked was for a replacement since the bread was burnt and they do not want to take any accountability for giving burnt bread to customers to go home and eat! In my home we have 3 different accounts for myself and each of my daughters and we go to Jimmy John’s at least 5 times a week most of time!

And it’s very disappointing because Publix is literally in the same plaza and we always go to Publix for our subs so we decided to go to you guys cause we really enjoy your sandwiches as well but it looks like we’re gonna have to go back to Publix because the customer service was horrible today. Came to Jimmy John’s today to try the new Mediterranean Wrap was surprised the Staff are friendly, sandwiches were prepared properly very tasty and fresh. Atmosphere here was delightful because everyone was cleaning when not making any food getting ready for the next guests. I was impressed with the quality of the food and the staff. Super clean for a food establishment. I definitely will return to this location.

The best Jimmy John’s! The employees are always very welcoming and know many customers by name. Food is always fresh and great quality! The tables are always clean too. Highly recommend. I like the high ceilings and natural light.

Quick sandwich shop with nice options and IMO the best bread. I wish they had a “Make your own” option. The only issue lately with them is not having delivery. Their thing was always “freaky fast delivery”, but now most of the time they don’t have a delivery person.
