I eat at Jimmy John’s on Hwy29 in Pensacola maybe 2-3 times a week and it is always fantastic… I’ve eaten at the one on Hwy90 in Pace twice and have gotten violently ill each time, vomiting and diarrhea. I didn’t even finish my sandwich because it tasted funny and now this! I spent $40 for 4 sandwiches last night, and now my whole family is home sick with severe stomach pain…. not only did the service take forever when we were the only customers (likely due to the fact that they only have one 12yo working there at a time), but they are clearly serving old meat/veggies and are unsanitary because I’m not the only person that has gotten sick from this location… Don’t do it!

The sandwiches at Jimmy John’s have mostly been great. We’ve had a few hiccups here with either the service or a sandwich made incorrectly but they mostly are consistent. The drive through was super fast and the food always taste fresh. The bread is a big star player here. Going inside smells fantastic also.. I’d love for you guys to throw a hot sub in the mix sometime.

After ordering delivery online, I get a phone call that they are short-staffed and cannot deliver…and my options are to cancel the order or come pick it up. Sometimes, guys, we order delivery to have it delivered. Doesn’t mean I’m lazy…just decided to order delivery (my bad).

Horrible customer service. Placed my order online. After not getting my food for almost an hour, we called only to find out there are no drivers and that we could get a refund or pick up. This is not the first time they have not had a delivery driver. The last time they called and let us know the situation and all was good. When we arrive they only handed us half the order. We showed them the online confirmation and he finally admitted our card was charged and made the other sandwich. At this point we finally got an apology for the mistake. Never once did he really seem apologetic and the young lady working with him thought the whole thing was funny apparently as she kept smirking at us. Who knows how long it would have been had we not called. Customer service is not rocket science. The first thing he should have done was apologize. We asked for the number for the manager and he said I am the manager. We said how about whomever you work for. He let us know he was the main manager. We finally got the number for corporate and will be calling them tomorrow.
