I got there to oder a free sandwiches that I have under my account. the restaurant was empty! 1 table was leaving. she made it in a minute! that quick. I though she just has experience. anyhow I thanks to her leave the tip and come home.
when I open the paper wrap I couldn’t believe my eyes. the sandwiche was poorly made. 3 slices of ham. may be 2 slice of cheese? very little lettuce tomato. I want to go back. but im thinking she made it like this because it was free??? I was so upset lost my appetite I just threw it out. Will never return!

Lightning fast. Very well constructed sub. I got the Italian, and was amazed by the quality of ingredients and quantity of meat! The big issue is I didn’t order a giant to have some for later.
Seriously, where are the napkins though? I feel like that should be on tables or by drink station.

First off let me say that the service was just fine. I just honestly don’t think there meats are that good. I got an Italian sub and there was almost no flavor… How does a salami have almost no flavor.

Usually the best thing about Jimmy Johns is the bread. Unfortunately my bread was tough for lack of a better term. Pretty sure it wasn’t fresh from today. Meat and topping were fine just the bread was way bow expectations. Service was quick and the restaurant is spotless.

The sandwich was amazing..I asked her about the bogo discount and she asked if I was a rewards member no I have never been to Jimmy John’s ..I gave her a $5 tip and then realized she didn’t give me the discount..it was really clean..she was the only one working i watched her take the trash out to the other side of the parking lot

Waited over 25 minutes for my order which was only ONE sandwich. Never given an apology or explanation that they were behind or busy. Didn’t receive any napkins in the bag and there weren’t any out and available to customers. No paper towels in bathroom, and toilet literally scared me!! Ingredients missing from sandwich, when asked- they said they were out but nothing was mentioned during the order process. I should’ve gotten my sandwich for free is how I feel, since JJ prides themselves of speed of service.

Food is Awesome but they DON’T even deliver to the middle of town…and to get to there enterance you either must already be headed Northbound or you will need to go way past then fight traffic to make a U turn to go back to it. Not to mention how frustrating it is to get a flyer placed in with my order every time…stating ” they deliver ” what a misrepresentation and outright statement of FALSE advertising!!! because they only go like 1 mile out…Corpororate says because they have to try to deliver within 5 minutes. I won’t go out of my way to for Jimmy John’s even though I do love their sandwiches.
