Stopped in today for a Beach Club with hot peppers and this store did not disappoint! It was probably the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The pickle and cookie were good too, but the sandwich was the star. The staff here works together like a well oiled machine and are very friendly. I’ll be back for sure

For a sandwich shop, this place always is great. Never had a bad sandwich here and we come maybe 3-4 times a month. It is on Navy Blvd, about a mile north of the main gate entrance to NAS Pensacola. The staff is generally friendly, super fast, and the building is clean and great A/C. We use the online ordering a lot too and they are super fast making the sandwich.

Stopped by after passing many times. Pleasant experience the sandwich was decent and basically as remembered. The chips were amazing. I’d definitely stop by again great sandwich shop!!

I’ve had two bad experiences with my service and meal.
I believe it was the bootleger sub I bought for lunch and i get it to my work place and can’t go back to return it. Half the sandwich has mayonnaise that has turned translucent and you can see how they smeared it to hide that they scraped the old mayonnaise and mixed it. The only bite I had was with cotton mouth dry roast beef that led me to inspect the rest of the sandwich. My next experience today was with service the call out my order which was a lunch box but when I walked up there was no “box” just half the order sitting on the counter, that led me to believe my sub was not ready so I sat down and waited longer. Normally this would not be a big deal but today I was in a hurry and a little forethought would go a long way because you are not just carrying a sub out the door. I’ve always eaten at Jimmy Johns and will continue at a different location. Both times I’ve tipped very well and got crap service.

Overall, this is a good place to eat. The food is on point like any other Jimmy John’s. However, if I’m paying $0.75 extra for avocado when I can get a whole one from Walmart for $0.65, I expect way more avocado than this. This is ridiculous. $2 for 2 strips of bacon is also ridiculous.

I hate to leave a bad review for this location, but the girl who took my order not only did she tap all over the Cash register she immediately started making my sandwich in front of me after she tapped on it. There should be separate people one taking orders the other ones making a sandwich

My sandwich was prepared exactly as I ordered it and it was freaky fast, as advertised. We took my grandmother here for her first visit to Jimmy John’s. She loved all the signs and funny sayings and said it reminded her of a soda fountain she used to visit in the 1950s.

Jimmy John’s is “freakishly fast” because there aren’t 53 topping options. Last time that I went to the underground train place, I was behind a couple that was completely stymied by the choice of lettuce or spinach.
JJ’s isn’t like that. I can specify no lettuce and no onion and have my sandwich in hand in two minutes, tops. I appreciate that. I also like the bread, which is narrow enough to make it safe to drive and nosh at the same time.
The staff is always friendly and competent, and the stores are always clean. If a JJ’s was convenient to me, I’d have at least a couple a week.
