Freaky fast as usual, walked in just after 12 noon and had no wait. Store was very clean and smelled great. We were greeted by the lady at the counter with a very good personality and a smile. Menu was large, easy to read and once we place our order it almost seemed to be ready before we was even done ordering lol freaky fast. As always the sandwiches were perfectly prepared, never light on the meats or toppings. A very good lunch experience, thanks Jimmy Johns.

I don’t know what it is with this place. This is the second time I have ordered a unwitch blt with light lettuce, extra bacon and provolone and the second time I got nothing close to what I ordered. The first time I received an unwich BLT unaltered with no provolone and this time I got ham for some reason.
Also, it would be nice if your employees didn’t try to flirt with customers brought my boyfriend this time because of it
The food is not cheap either so I would appreciate them getting the sandwich right if I wanted my order screwed up, I’d go to McDonald’s .

These guys at this store went above and beyond for our NJROTC cadets that were visiting on a Spring Break trip. It was a last minute lunch and they had them ready within two hours. We ordered 6 party boxes to feed about 90 people and they threw in napkins and condiments. Sandwiches were so fresh and well put together. You guys are the best!!

There was 5-6 workers. Not a single one greeted us. The cashier just stared at us. Just an overall awkward experience. I didn’t even feel comfortable to order. It’s not hard to say “Hi”.

The afternoon mgr at this location was very customer service oriented, but apparently no longer works there. The mgr that was there at the time of this review had an attitude, wasn’t willing to do any special requests, like Mayo in a cup instead of a mayo packet, and seemed to just not care.

Oh my! I am flabbergasted by what just transpired. I ordered delivery. If I had not of called I would have never known it was never going to be delivered. So I went and picked it up. I received 2 thin slices of turkey on a Hugh roll. With tons of mayonnaise. I ordered avocado. yeah right not even that. I will be disputing my payment for sure. We as consumers should never have to put up with such nonsense.

They always forget to add the change to the sandwich and leave out the side, avocado or jalapeno ranch sauce. Have not had one order completely correct. They are best for the quick delivery, just not the accuracy for the order itself.
