Nick and the crew were awesome. Clean place with great air conditioning and good tables. Yea, awesome sandwiches, new lettuce-wrap chicken. and new side ordres, big sandwiches. Awesome place to si 5 minutes and enjoy a good sandwich or unwich. 5 stars.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is crazy, I will never purchase from this location, and I will make sure everyone I know stays away from this location. I have tried to give this location redemption. But after the 3rd time in a row this has happened to me I’m done wasting my money there. As you can see in the photo 2 slices of meat and didn’t even put the right condiments on the sub. I would usually turn a blind eye to it but it seems like has become a regular occurrence at this location. It almost seems like they are trying to cut back so the manager can meet his quota or hit a bonus.

After placing an order for $56.00 my food came completely wrong. When I called the store I was offered new correct sandwiches. I got a call and was told the manager said “we don’t have to fix anything.” The nice kid on the phone said make a corporate complaint because this has been an ongoing issue. I will never order from this location again

This was my first time ordering at a Jimmy John’s and it was not a good experience. I was charged an up charge for cheese and when I ordered over the phone, they never said that. The sandwiches were OK but very very expensive $65 for four sandwiches. The lady who worked there was very nice to me, but she really should’ve said when she asked me if I wanted cheese and I said yes, (thinking every deli sandwich I’ve ever had has cheese on it, and there is no up charge,) that it will be a $2.20 upcharge.

Edited: I filled out the contact form to submit a review through Jimmy John’s; they responded and said THAT chain is independent owned and the actual “owner” should be contacted. It appeared the owner responded to my review, but gave me the same link that I had found online. If the owner really did want to know more, they would send me a message or post a way to contact them.

I used the drive thru, (which not all locations have). Loved that convience and my sandwich was fresh and tasty. I also ordered a drink and got more ice than soda in my cup. But that was ok because the sandwich was so good I can overlook that.

We ordered two sandwiches for delivery, and it took over an hour. We live 5 minutes away, and could have gone to pick them up if it was going to take this long. The girl on the phone said that they have one driver, and one sandwich maker. Maybe whoever runs the place should hire more people, and stop thinking so much about his/her own profits.

The food here is the normal jimmy john’s food but the service is terrible. Two times I have ordered for my office and both times no communication that the food would take more than an hour past expected time to be delivered. Today my teams food arrived 93 minutes after requested. I ordered 2.5 hours prior. This means my office (as we work in health care) did not get a lunch. Both times this location was given the chance to make this right and have failed to do so. I also called a second time when my order was over an hour late and they wouldn’t pick up but did answer my coworkers calls. We are very disappointed and I would suggest if you order from there to go in store and wait for the order to be made and NEVER request delivery.
