Food was good, they need to have a toaster or something to make the sandwiches warmed or toasted. It was end of night so the bread wasn’t the freshest. But it was still edible. . Loved the decor. The pickle was excellent.

Wosr JJ experience ever. Firsf off, they claimed to be understaffed with notes on the door saying dining room closed, drive through only at 4pm on a Thursday with 3 employees visibly on clock. Both sandwiches looked HORRIBLE. My club had remnants of the bottom of the turkey, it was all shredded, not a single slice, 2 pieces of ham about 10 strands of shredded lettuce and the smallest 3 slices of a Roma tomato that may as well of been a sliced up grape tomato with a massive glob of mayo right in the middle. My girlfriends sandwich was missing ingredients, the avocado was so old it was dark brown, brown, and a hint of yellow, it wasn’t even green anymore. There were no cucumbers and again, the amount of lettuce was a joke, it was there in spirit rather than on the sandwich. The staff had music playing so loud you could hear it at the drive through window. They seemed more interested in doing absolutely bare minimum while sacrificing business and quality. We’ve been stopping at this JJ location in our way to Florida for years, so we stop at may JJs across the east coast and this was terrible. We wont be stopping here again

Jimmy John’s never disappoints! The sandwiches are always fresh, the ingredients are top-notch, and the bread is just perfect—soft on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside. The speed of service is incredible; I barely had time to pay before my order was ready! The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Make sure you check your sandwich before you leave, you will likely be the only customer ordering a single sandwich and they’ll still mess it up. At this point I just don’t think they know their own menu. Needs improvement, happens frequently at this location.

This is the second time I came to the drive-in ordered my sandwich and they left out to meat. The first time it happened I called them up and they told me I was a liar that it didn’t happen. The second time I stated to drive through window opened up the sandwich pretty much right there in front of them no meat I went inside, asked for the manager, the woman said she was a manager she was not about rude And unhelpful then I asked for her managers phone number. She said she’s the owner then I asked if I can get the corporate phone number she said look on the Internet. I have a hearing disability from cancer and the woman who says she’s younger. It’s giving me a tough time about it. Laughing about it. Tell me I need to learn how to hear again , I’ve never experienced any kind of customer service like this at any place I’ve ever been to
