Staff greet nicely even you are a last customer and make sandwich happily even ask for all available option. Place is clean and dining high table option is good. Quotes written on wall are motivational.

I ordered aTuna sub for takeout. After getting home there was hardly any Tuna on sub it had lots of cheese, very thick pieces of tomato and lots of lettuce to make sub look thick.
I will never order any food or subs from there again. I would advise customers to check and make sure their sub sufficient meat on it before eating there or taking out.

We use to go here all the time. But after my last visit we will not be back. I got home and my sandwich was not made right. The young lady who made it argued over the phone that is was correct but I told her I would just bring it back and show her. So she said fine and hung up on me. When I arrived another young lady wearing a beanie and glasses who wasn’t there when I purchased my food. Came up and got in my face and informed me that I wasn’t special is why my sandwich couldn’t be made the way I ordered it…so fyi apparently you can’t get a beach club with no meat or cheese or mayo and still get the avocado that is supposed to be on it…they had already called the cops before we even got there. The cops saw that my sandwich was obviously wrong and ask them to just fix the sandwich. I will never spend $100 on subs at this Jimmy Johns again. Check your order before you leave because you can’t come back if they get it wrong. I called corporate and filed a complaint but never heard back from the owner of this store.

Location is good and I easily parked on the street right outside the door. The avacodo on my sandwich was brown and the cheese was not fresh. My son’s sandwich was the same but without the jalapenos he ordered. The food was ok and hopefully does not produce any food poisoning later.

During the school year, I get an unwich from JJ at least once every two weeks. It is always made correctly, fresh, and delicious.
Today was a total disappointment. I’m having to eat the sandwich with a knife and fork because of how horribly this one is put together!
First it was wrapped with the paper INSIDE part of the sandwich so I couldn’t just unwrap the first layer and eat it. The lettuce was wet and the mayo and mustard are so runny the whole thing is a mess! Not tightly overlapped so it just fell apart.
Roast beef is not the freshest.
Very disappointed.
