Soggy sandwich 16 inch can’t eat it I asked for the big sandwich and mayo n lettuce n tomatoes I got this…. soggy bread oiled up which I did not ask for. I spent 24.08 n my friend spent 18.00 n his sandwich was a three meat three cheeses. He said it was good. The lady at counter seemed confused and ended up charging bill three times… once in cash then the card for mine n I did the tap n then she asked bill to retap… I d k what that was about but seems when we come in n say its on the same bill this should not happen… so we spent cash n then card two times… not happy with what happened n I won’t go there again…. this is my opinion of the service n wet bread…I been here one time b 4 n the food was outstanding…tonight not so much…. hope that changes….

I finished watching a movie across the street and noticed a Jimmy John’s in front of me. What I like ordering from the app is the value points you get. I always order the same sandwich. The beach is my favorite toast. I was able to place my order and take my time walking. It was ready for pick up. All of the employees were smiling and having a good time.

Ordered my Turkey Tom @8:29 tonight with potato salad and special instructions. Then go to tracking which showed order was received @ 8:30pm and out for delivery @8:35pm? The tracking never showed my food had been delivered then to go check being the app never updated and confirm my delivery to only first notice my potato salad had been opened with a nice portion eaten out of it then my sandwich was not cut in half nor had any onions nor xtra onions as I asked no xtra oregano no mayo or mustard packets no napkins no cucumbers! So i called asked for the manager he says speaking I asked for his name refused it at first then replied that his name was Saber he was very rude and after explaining everything that was wrong with my order he stated there was nothing he could do and I could bring the food back tomorrow for a refund but I paid a delivery fee! When I asked for the Gm name he stated he wasn’t giving me any information he continued to talk over me and continued to be rude to the point I just disconnected the call!! Why do you have such person representing your store your business who obviously could careless about me your customer who simply needed something good and energizing so I could take my meds for an ear infection before bed!! I’ve never been handled in such way at any of your Jimmy John stores!! I wouldn’t recommend the store on Agusta St to anyone being the so called manager is very rude, disrespectful and Non caring!! I will never order from this store again! I will continue to go to Pelham rd where the service and food is Great!! One thing you don’t do is play with ones money or food !!! I will be reaching out to corporate in the morning!! There’s no way they know or have any idea that there so called manager acts in such rude and disrespectful way!!!

This place is always busy and has a line so I order ahead via the app to save time on my lunch.
I picked up my food and asked for a water cup (trying to drink less soda)
They said it was 40 cents and that I had to go to the back of the line to get it.
It’s not really about 40cents. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. It means hot food may be colder by the time i sit and eat. Charging for water is already petty, but making me get back in line and charge my card for 40c is nuts.
Just bad service policy.

I’ve eaten here a few times, value runs on the low scale. I usually order the smallest roast beef sandwich combo which is close to $10. This sandwich is tiny but works for me, just wish it wasn’t so expensive. Nothing special in the way of taste for my sandwich. This restaurant does not offer military discounts.

How is this even a meal for $9.99? I asked the guy at the front who claimed he was the manager why there was 1 piece of meat on the sandwich? I come to Jimmy Johns a lot and he said they only give 1 portion of meat. Just sad. So he charged me for extra meat when the sandwich should of looked like that to begin with. 3.50 extra. So basically I paid 17.09 for a 8 inch sub. Second picture is what I had to pay extra for.

I have to eat a lettuce wrap 3-4 times a week from this location I love it they are pros!! My wrap is always good never sloppy they always make it exactly the way I order it . Very friendly people as well 10/10
