The girl behind the counter wasn’t paying attention. She was more worried about talking to her co-worker about her plans to leave early. She rang up my order incorrectly. Then when I asked it to be fixed, she charged me extra. I ended up with 2 half sandwiches instead of one giant sub. Then half of it was wrong. Also, we all know that 2 half subs cost more than 1 giant sub. Which means I paid extra, to get incorrect food and poor service. I have always loved Jimmy John’s, but this location did not meet my expectations. I went online and put in a complaint, was told that management would reach out to me and never got anyone to contact me. I was just disappointed, I drove over an hour each way just to get a sandwich, because I had a craving. Next time I will choose a different location.

Updating my older review, since this time I came in person. It has a really cool inside atmosphere, although there was only one worker when we came.
I love the taste of Jimmy John’s, and don’t really think you can beat it elsewhere. My online order from my last review was just like half an hour late or whatever which is why it didnt taste as good. The sub I got this day also wasn’t as good as other locations, so maybe its just this Jimmy John’s.

I’m not the type that likes to complain much about anything but I really don’t understand why you have workers turning away employees during work hours. I went in at 10:08 P.M tonight to place an order just to get turned away by the guy behind the counter. He proceeds to tell me that they close at 10:00 P.M when that is not the hours that it shows online.

I do NOT recommend this location for customers as I’m an avid Jimmy John’s lover. I had a really bad experience with their customer service yesterday as I was ignored while asking about the menu options and what sandwich was recommended. I expected the simplest form of consideration as a customer though was disappointed. Do better.

Customer service is very horrible!!! Got a turkey sub didn’t have any meat on it. Went back for a refund and was told that if I got a refund that it would void the transaction and charge my debit card again. I then asked for another (different) sandwich and was told that I couldn’t do that because of the “promotion”. This was the worse experience ever at a sub restaurant!! Definitely won’t be going back!!!

Ordered ahead online and got the toasted chicken bacon ranch, and it pretty much did not have any meat in it, just lettuce, tomato, and a single slice of bacon, but no chicken. They never cut our sandwiches in half even though literally every time we come in we always ask for it. Quality has definitely gone down over the years.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location in the last couple months. The first time I was here it was probably around 4-5 pm (well before closing) and they were out of French bread. Today it is now 2:44 pm (also well before closing) and they are out of French bread again. Will probably not try this location again.
