As I pull into the parking lot near the building, I notice 2 Jimmy John employees(black male/white female) smoking weed within a few feet of me. I sat in the car for a few minutes before I went in to order my food. They were on a ‘smoke break’ for at least 15 minutes. I went inside and noticed only 1 employee (black female), who didn’t even greet me as she was preparing several sandwiches alone while her co workers were getting high outside. There were already 3 customers ahead of me. I could see that she was frustrated for having to tend to multiple customers alone. I brought it to her attention of what her coworkers were doing, although I have a feeling she already knew… Eventually the 2 employees came back to work. I watched the white female tend to a customer after my order was taken. She was so high she could barely articulate herself.

I ordered the Turkey Tom combo with jalapeño chips and sweet tea to drink for pick up. The sandwich was fine but the jalapeño chips were stale and the tea stated like sugar water. This is my first time having stale chips from this place. I was shocked. The date on the bag had Nov 2023. I couldn’t enjoy my sandwich because I couldn’t eat those stale chips or that watered down sweet tea.

Taniya is in need of proper coaching and possibly retraining as she demonstrated in our transaction that she either doesn’t like/want her job or she doesn’t like/want to work in an establishment that causes her to work face to face with customers. She was completely bland, rude, and had no information on the simple questions I was asking as a customer. Oh, but she was all smiles…laughs…giggles…and flirty lip/finger biting for the young gentleman coworker of hers. She completely ignored me and my questions/concerns on why I couldn’t add something from their menu on my sandwich OR on the side. That does not make me want to give my business to a place that my company works so closely with. I am simply disgusted at a woman texting, engaging in conversation, and IGNORING her customer all at the same time. This is such a shame for such a great sandwich brand

17302283677646850 was our confirmation number at 8:15. They never delivered the food or called us to tell us it would not be delivered because the close at 9. I drove to the location at 9:30 a mile down the road and no one is here. Horrible customer service. They did take our $57.26 though. Never has Jimmy John’s given this type of service. Enjoy your Saturday night young people. Smh!

My employer caters from Jimmy John’s they provide great customer service and the food is always fresh. I enjoyed the whole wheat tuna, if you’re not much of a bread eater they offer sandwich wrap without the bread.

1. I asked the cashier to ask the sandwich maker to change his gloves after helping him with something on the computer and he did not. He continued to make the sandwich that he started and someone else made my sandwich. This is an indication to me that they do not know the importance of the transference of germs from objects to a sterile area including food.

They have serious customer service problem. Ashley had an attitude from the door. So condescending. I’m *so* sorry I didn’t know Greg poupon was also mustard. For the life of me I don’t understand why people misdirect their disdain onto others. Just because you are having a bad day doesn’t mean you need to ruin other peoples day.
