Great sandwich and great service!!!! This location is pristine clean and everything is stocked and in order including the iced tea. Haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in a while and I have forgotten how good the number 9 Italian is!! It was amazing and I can’t wait to come back and
have another one. Staff is very nice here and management seems to be on top of everything. Thanks!

Went today and got a turkey Bourbon sandwich which I asked can I get it warm they said no. That was fine then I get up the road and start eating headed to my office and there was no bacon. I called the store and he told me to come back for my 2 pcs of bacon I replied I’m almost at my desk I can’t come back. Very bad service and the store reviews definitely reflects it. The store had no customers at the time and 4 employees standing around and you can’t get a 1 order correct!

The food is fine. The handicap entrance was locked. I ordered in the app and got it to go. When picking up the cashier pointed out that there was no tip and asked if I wanted to add it. All they did was the minimum of making the dang sandwich. Unreal

This was my first time going to Jimmy Johns. Honestly I’ve had so many people tell me this place was the best sub place in town. I hate to write it but I didn’t think so. The atmosphere and the staff was extremely welcoming. I like my subs warm/hot therefore this place isn’t write for me. The quality of the food and chips was amazing after all. Other than that, I wouldn’t visit it as my first choice for subs. LOVE THE SIGNS!!!

Ordered the through the website. The delivery is through Uber Eats. It first said on the way eta 12:01. Then it said still preparing your order eta 12:09. Then it said on the way eta 12:15pm. Cancelled order, too many issues.

After three visits in one week I’m impressed with the operation due to the high volume of sales. I’m a fan of the JJ chain.
The location is just off Emory University campus. Great signage and they have their own lot. No debris on the walk up to their door.
Service was the weakest aspect of my visits, but it was efficient. So no niceties and smiles with my interactions, but fast service.
The dining room is small, but no issues with 90% of their business take out. Everything was clean. The soda area was also clean.
My sandwich was ham, cheese, mayo and tomato on white eaten in. We got a few plain ham and cheese only for my son who was swimming nearby at the school.
I’m at a 3.5 rounding up. The cashier could smile elevating.

Nonchalant attitude, with not one piece of a normal pace in making the food. I ordered online and it was 20 minutes. Yes it was at 1:50, but there was not a lunch rush; the place had 2 people inside. And when I get the sandwich it was not even correct. I can appreciate if they were rushing and made a mistake, this is just frankly not giving one shred of care

2nd time trying to get a delivery from here. They don’t provide any updates about when your order will get to you. The 1st time, I ordered around 7PM and I got my delivery a few minutes before 9PM, which is when the store closes. To make matters worse, whoever delivered my order didn’t even bother to knock on the door to let me know my order arrived. Don’t know why they would wait until closing to do deliveries when the website provides an option to receive your delivery “as soon as possible”. I don’t see how a 2 hour wait would be the soonest a sandwich delivery could be made for a location that is 5 minutes away and doesn’t even receive a lot of customers in the first place. The 2nd time around, they did not answer the phone the 3 initial times I called when I was trying to inquire about my order until I called 2 minutes before closing. Upon me calling, they told me that my order was cancelled because nobody came to pick it up and that I would be receiving a refund. Apparently, this employee couldn’t contact me sooner because he “stepped away from the store. They show little regard for pick up orders as well and keep them behind the counter instead of putting them where they are supposed to be picked up. They pretty much act like they do not care about their customers at this location and want to get paid for not doing their jobs. Would not recommend going here.

Good customer Service, Very friendly Fast, Restaurant was clean, Danisha R and Alexus C was outstanding ladies to meet. They were cleaning and scrubbing and then this lady with all these issues and difficult order came in and they smiled and fixed my food and was professional and took pride in what they do. Thx Ladies Food was great and fresh.
