This is the WORST JJ’s I ever been to. I came here because it’s the closest one to my job, I came here on my lunch break. I ordered online a tuna Unwich (if you love jimmy John’s you know what that is), I got back to work and there was NO tuna inside. I have a 30 minute break. I called the store 5 times before someone answered. Long story short, I have no lunch. This was one of the worst experiences ever!!

First and foremost, they got my order wrong! I ordered a giant roast beef and cheddar with the bourbon sauce. I got turkey instead. This is the 3rd time coming. Will I patronize/ try another location? Maybe the results will be a better experience. Let’s be clear, Jimmy John’s is a good sandwich brand.

I come to JJ’s for the soft fresh bread but past couple times here, the bread has been overdone and hard. Tried to give them another chance and saw the guy making my sandwich was about to cut open a bun with a black burnt hard crust bottom. I asked if he could please use a different one that wasn’t burnt and he balked, saying there was nothing wrong with it. I said I didn’t want a hard, burnt bun again. He hadn’t even started making the sandwich yet. He very reluctantly used a different bun but not before indicating I was some sort of diva for asking through his facial expressions and body language. Should have just walked out. JJ’s used to be the standard for sandwich shops but this one has declined and we won’t be back.

Worst experience ever!!! Customer service was the worst. I asked for two Turkey Tom sandwiches. I wasn’t familiar with the size terminology so I asked was the price I was given was for a 12-inch? Which he replied, WHAT! he was very nasty. Then when I got to the window he gave me one sandwich so I asked Was this one or two? He very sarcastically replied one as he was walking away. Then he shouted two as if I was getting on his nerves. I will never go to Jimmy John’s again.

I have high expectations for a single sandwich over $19. This was not it. Tomatoes were orange, not salty enough and overall the sandwich just left a cucumber taste lingering. Bread was good

I love this place! When driving up to the drive thru, they promptly take your order. They seem always pleasant! I love the mini sandwich and the potato salad is extremely tasty and good. I was pleasantly surprised. I love their app. The only thing I don’t like is that I would like to add extra things to the sandwich and take away some things from the particular sandwich. Maybe this feature will come soon! But I still love this place!

Well This location continues to go down hill. I door dashed our order from here and they actually sent us a sandwhich with a huge whole in the top of the bread. No crumbs in the package indicating it was like this when it was prepared. Who does that? It’s an open faced damn sandwhich!

I asked for the Roast beef and cheese After being told it’s best to get the #8 Billy club roast beef with cheese through the drive thru I asked them to add tomatoes add cheese no mustard no ham and to be cut 1/2. Well this is what I received. There was no tomato’s and no Cheese plus it was not cut. Maybe next time if there is one

Went by today to get a turkey Tom. Once i got home and ate my sandwich i noticed the bread was hard on the outside. But i knew sandwich couldn’t hard..I found out the hard way. The bread was hard like a brick. Smh!!!! That’s my last trip to this location.
