They’re usually pretty good but today I ordered a #13 and a #7. I had them deliver and paid a $3 tip on top of the $18 sandwich cost. The #7 was ok but the #13 was so sad. It didn’t even have cheese on it! I was so mad that I got in my car and took it back. No apology from the uncaring staff but I did get a refund, my tip back and I then left without a sandwich. Ordered this cubano and it was missing key ingredients. The universe must have known it was my cheat meal. Called them to let them know my order was wrong, they told me “thats the way it comes”. Mmmmmkay. If I would have read the reviews I would have known not to order here.

I ordered 2 giant sandwiches and a side at 5:15pm for delivery. I attempted to call 3 times over the span of 1.5 hours to check an estimated delivery time, but no one ever picked up. I called my bank to cancel the order only to find out that Jimmy John’s cancelled it on their end without letting me know.

I have ordered here a few times now. All my orders have been great. Food has been good and fresh and my orders have been accurate. One of the best things they do is wait until you arrive to fix your sodas so they do not become watered down. Staff has always been pleasant. Don’t plan on eating in at this location as the space is tiny… only 3 small tables. in the front of the space. Overall a good experience.
