During a recent visit to Jimmy Johns, I had the pleasure of getting the best veggie sandwich made by Alonzo. Due to dietary restrictions and instructions I listed on the order, I just want to share my appreciation of his patience, his incredible quality of packaging and care he implemented in making my sandwich. Alonzo was a solo act on that day and I watched him have the best attitude to all customers that came into the store, tending to them with urgency. He was supremely professional and made my sandwich to perfection! Thank you for keeping hope by providing excellent customer service within the food industry, Alonzo!

All of the staff were so sweet and welcoming. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to in this case. I did not get anyone’s names but the woman working the cash register was so kind and so beautiful. And the man with the ponytail was training someone and still took the time to be kind as we were waiting for our food.

I stopped by to order lunch and everything was going well until I saw a sign that says “Yesterday‘s bread $.49”. I got back in line to order the bread and was told that the price was incorrect, it is actually $1.00. This may not seem important for some, but it was misleading to say the least. I asked to speak to the supervisor to see if he can honor the $.49 price that was displayed or removed the sign. He indeed took the sign down. Through it all, they didn’t even have yesterday’s bead available to sell however its the principal.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I will not return to this location. I wasn’t greeted when I walked into the door…just crickets. I was the only customer in line and I can see why. I was trying to order a Little John and the store manager was interrupting me as in trying to speed up the process. I was the ONLY one there besides one gentleman that was eating. He started arguing with me, I guess I offended him by telling him he was rude. Then the female making the bread or whatever chimed in and she was beyond rude. I’m not even sure why she joined in the conversation., I wanted to complain but was told it wouldn’t matter because he knows the owner. Said they love him, he’s already made $2,500 and he’s rich. He doesn’t understand he has a job because of customers and he must act in a professional manner. I sat down to find a # for customer service and they were talking about me right in the open. I had to raise my voice to defend myself because they were very aggressive. I still can’t believe it. She loudly yelled that he should call Dekalb County. For what reason might I ask? He then started walking towards me telling me to get out and he was calling Dekalb County Police. He opened the door and they were all saying call Dekalb County. They are so ignorant because they were the ones getting aggressive after I complained about their attitude. I couldn’t call his bluff because I was on lunch break. A lunch break that was obviously ruined! The manager kicked me out of the store then followed me outside arguing. I really wanted the police to come so I could complain. I asked later if they had cameras of the incident. I knew they would make me the villain and they did. The area manager called me and said it was 5 people’s word against mine. Imagine that! He took their side so I had no voice just like he said. So THIS is my voice. He should not be bragging about how much money he makes for the store while he’s treating his customers like crap. I suggest NEWKS which is a couple of stores down. They have Excellent customer service and a nice cozy ambiance. You can enjoy your lunch peacefully.
Sidebar, I was told Jimmy John’s doesn’t allow cameras in the store.

Girl taking our order Gen Z stared at me, no greeting, no what would you like, just a stare. Zero hospitality or customer service. You should replace her with AI, it would have more personality. She didn’t govern us a receipt. No have a nice day. Just more staring. Why are you hiring these weirdos??? Jimmy John’s has great food but the service is making me switch to Jersey Mikes.

I guess she was a manager, but she was rude to the cashier and to myself. I requested to have my sandwich cut in 3s, because I’m eating while I’m driving. And she had a problem with that ‍♂️ I been eating sandwiches from Jimmy John’s for years and NO ONE had a problem cutting a sandwich in half, 3s or 4s. What the hell happened to customer service? Please get these unprofessional angry people out of your businesses

Upon entering the store there were three employees present. They never looked up and acknowledged my presence because they were all wearing headphones. The employees were not wearing gloves and they were handling the bread and meats without any gloves. One of the employees was texting on his phone and proceeded to scratch his scalp and continued to handle the food. I’m sure this location has multiple food and safety violations. I strongly recommend trying another location because this one is not clean and their employees have zero cares.

Don’t order from this location if you can help it. We’ve ordered a handful of times and have been less than impressed with the quality of food. The workers have also had obscene rap music playing loudly almost every time we’ve been in. Tonight was the last straw as there was an insect in my clearly unwashed (and wilted) lettuce, and the avocado spread looked to be a minimum of 2 days old.
