I eat here from time to time and just wanted to leave a good review. I’m not sure what the lady’s name was, but I placed an online order and wasn’t able to order the fountain drink I wanted online. I called in and asked if she could please make my drink of preference and she took care of that no problem. I know this is a small thing, but I just wanted to say on top of enjoying my food, I really appreciated her taking my call and helping me when she didn’t have to. Those are the little things that keep people coming back.

EDIT: it’s funny that they post a link on here to here about your issues, but I’m not sure what that accomplishes. It seems more like passing the buck: “I apologize that you are disappointed with your recent experience. For any issues with your order, I recommend calling the store and asking to speak with the manager. This location is independently owned and operated by one of our franchisees and will be able to assist with a resolution right away!”
This person did provide a number, but at this point I’m not sure I want to pursue it anymore especially after a few of the reviews I’ve been reading.

Kind of a small Jimmy John’s but they make a good sub. My favorite is the Bootlegger (Turkey and Roast Beef) but everything on the menu is fresh. Can’t go wrong with any of their choices. Parking is kind of a nightmare here.

Want to like it but it is freaky slow. Takes an hour to get a delivery a block away. Order ahead on the app and still wait 20+ minutes for pickup. If they could get their operations act together I’d eat here way more often.

I’m disappointed and disgusted by the service at this location. My son and I ordered sandwiches online and he went in to get them. When he returned, we discovered that his sandwich had been made on the wrong bread (a wrap instead of a sub) so, after verifying on our receipt that we had actually ordered it correctly, he walked back in and politely asked if they could simply put it on the correct sandwich bread for him. He told me how nice they were when he returned to the car. However, when he bit into his sandwich, I knew something was wrong, and it turns out that the sandwich-maker had a mean streak. He dumped a huge amount of red pepper flakes all over my son’s sandwich, as evidenced by the photo I’ve included. Although this location is convenient for us, I can’t imagine trusting that our food will ever be safe here.

Have cam here before and it was really good. Got off my 14 hour shift and came for a $20 sandwich. Gave me bread so stale that I cannot even eat it. Bread is dark brown and looks disgusting.

I have ordered delivery twice now and both times it has taken over 1 hour for the food to be delivered.
Edit: I would like to add I tried delivery again 12/8/2025 and delivery took well over 1 hour again.

Well first of all I’m a vegetarian so no meat please and thanks‼️it’s not all that the chips was better then the sandwich and fyi you add BBQ chips to any kind of sandwich oh yeah and tell them young adults/teenagers to have better customer service and smile more second time there and customers service sucks.
