Me and my wife were here today to order two giant #7s Spicy East Coast Italian combos, this Jimmy John’s is yet another favorite place for Gourmet Sandwiches in Bluffton, SC. . We ordered today a #12 & #7. There was only one Lady here but the staff are always extremely professional hard working and friendly. Like I said before no matter where you go Jimmy John’s will never disappoint you !!!

Weirdest thing for our family….No pep. They did not have pepperoni. I have not been to a sandwich shop that did not have it. Maybe I have been lucky. Who knows. Any who, store was clean. Crew was friendly and food tasted amazing. No complaints here. We will go back.

We ordered to go sandwiches. Young man at register took our order. Did not pay attention to our order. Got home both sandwiches wrong. It’s a sandwich how do you screw up both. Jersey Mike’s is much better. They ask you what you want. We asked for mini turkey got ham. Wanted full size roast beef with provolone got mini roast beef with no cheese. Will not return. Must have sold to new owners.

I ordered food from them today as I’ve dine several times but my order today was not good. My pickle was to be cut in quarters as the website states but when I received my order which was delivered the pickle was slit and not editable at all mushy on the inside. I called the OWNER to discuss and they were rude and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I hung up and called back to speak with someone else and they hung up on me. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE UMLESS YOU LOOK LIKE THEM.

I ordered using the app. It was fast and easy. I called them to ask for curbside because I didn’t see an option for this, but there was a parking spot. They brought it right out to me! The unwich was perfectly wrapped, I was able to easily eat it in the car! So pleased!!!

This particular store is awful. After failing to deliver on time the manager proceeded to hang up on me multiple times even though I still had questions. This unacceptable for any business. I understand that people are short staffed, but hanging up on someone or pretending you cannot hear them is a petty and immature way of handling situations. JJ’s should hire a more qualified individual who is capable of doing his job.

I placed an online order for pickup today and I will be a forever customer. I showed up almost 15 min early with 2 kids both under the age of 2 after a very trying morning. The entire staff was quick to greet us in an incredibly friendly and welcoming manner. They then proceeded to not only get my large order ready early without me having to ask but they also carried it to my car for me after noticing my hands were full with the kids. It may sound simple, but the kindness they showed me made my whole day and the sandwhiches were perfect and exactly as I ordered them. This JJ location has an incredible staff, I can’t wait to visit again.
