Definitely love the sandwiches as I mainly come for lunch every day . But one think I would say is that every here and then I get a hint of the veggies being stored in container so long that it has a very plastic taste or something off for ex. The onions and cucumbers sometimes have to be checked and used as safety/ food can go bad on certain conditions. Otherwise the food is great and by the way jimmy john peppers also had a weird taste to them. Loved the pesto salad first time and would recommend.

Me and my wife are here today and ordered 2 Giant #12 Gourmet Subs. The Staff here are always hardworking, friendly and professional. A very clean Jimmy John’s location, excellent menu and awesome staff. Like I said before no matter where you go Jimmy John’s will never disappoint you !!!

Wrong order delivered. Then we called and correct order was supposed to be “on the way” After waiting another 40 mins we finally called and were told it still wasn’t sent. No help from the staff as the basically said “yea we should’ve probably called to let you know” Poorly run location!

I’ve had the firecracker wrap on bread before. Called to put my order in to be answered by the manager, Jose, and he was extremely rude about me wanting my firecracker on bread. Told me this is the last time they’ll be making it this way. Which was weird because putting the sandwich on bread is no different than a wrap. Then on my sandwich wrapper, he wrote “last time” instead of the # of the order. As if I’m not allowed to make changes to a sandwich from Jimmy John’s that I’ve already had before with no questions asked. Completely unacceptable.

I have been ordering delivery from the Bluffton location for several years and always had good service…..however…..the last time I ordered as well as today…..they decided to have Uber deliver the order and both times were a terrible experience. Last time…..I never got my order….I called the restaurant and my order came 2 hrs later. Today…..I only got a drink and did not get my food at all. When called the restaurant…..I was told they had no one to deliver it to me and that my order will be voided…leaving me with no lunch. So much for customer service…….I will not be ordering from here again.

First time to a Jimmy Johns. DISAPPOINTING to say the least.
Another chain sub chain that rips customers off. Had a sub, duh. Lol. However there was very little meat on it. But they did pack it full of lettuce tomato & onion. Almost NO meat whatsoever. This is why I absolutely loathe these chain sub stores.

Jose is absolutely terrible! He has a rude attitude and refused to give us lids for kids water cups. When people are paying for sandwiches there is no reason to deny someone a proper cup with a lid. I will never go here again. And you can see other reviews here as well regarding Jose. I highly suggest this location get a new manager! Extremely unprofessional and pushes paying customers away!
