I was not happy how my BLT came out while I was still in the store eating decided we were not going to continue eating the sandwich witch was two bites out of it ! The manger Rebeca said we could not get our money back . I ordered a toasted vegetable sub to go. I live 4 minutes away. It was ready when I arrived. It wasn’t toasted and was very cold. I suspect I received a premade refrigerated sub. I took a few bites and just threw it out. I wish I hadn’t taken th second bite. This was similar to a long refrigerated gas station sub. Not angry, just being honest.

A young girl girl with red hair was making my sandwich hair was touching it I told her I didn’t want it cause her hair was rubbing all over it I want a new one she told me no and she didn’t care for my tone witch I was clam as hell plus three weeks ago I got my sandwich toasted a nother young girl told me they have toasted sub in year .. please teach them about having some customers service or pick a different job I told work in the customer service field

JESSICA is amazing! I came in with my 5yr grandson from the playground where he got a terrible rope burn. We asked for help & before I knew what was happening she had ALL the first aid. We were able to spray away the heat from the burn. She kept up stocked up on ice & napkins while Carter saw the heat disappear from his blisters. I will never forget her kindness. Thank you Jessica & Jimmy Johns.

Really not fast lately and seriously not nice. We use to be able to swing into this location and grab a sandwich fast. Waited 15 min and order was not correct. I always ask for the spicy ranch dip which we all know it cost more and every time when they hand you the order they forgot to ring it up. Seriously every time lately. I always auto add 15% tip but this time when they asked to ring it up and all I had was my credit card I was done. Handed food back and the manager was really snarky and said have a nice day with a lot of attitude. Will not be bringing anyone here any more.

We were hesitant to come in based ratings but decided to give it a shot anyway. First of all, the place was exceptionally clean. Our sandwiches were all delicious and the cashier was very friendly and polite. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area.

I walked into this location 8 minutes before close on a Sunday, I know makes me a jerk. They weren’t delivering today when I tried to order so I waiting for my coworker I am traveling with to be ready to leave so we could run up here. I walked in, I apologized profusely, they didn’t complain at all even though they already started cleaning up for the night. Great customer service!

“Freaky Fast” “Only delivering within 5 minutes” is in print in the receipt, yet it rarely happens for me. They have taught me that if I want to eat during my 30 minute lunch I had better call 10-15 minutes ahead of time. Called after 40 minutes to find out the status of my order and was told, “Sorry, there are only 2 drivers and 15 orders on the board.” Yep, it is sorry. Not again and I will be sure to talk anyone out of it. Sad, because it is a great sandwich.
