We ordered 2 subs and neither had any of the customizations that we requested – no pickles, no LETTUCE, no mustard, etc… The roast beef barely had any MEAT on it. Definitely going to Jersey Mike’s next time. This was just TERRIBLE quality I could have made a better sandwich with what I had in the fridge. Save your money – go somewhere else.

I received a promotional email about Jimmy John’s new gyro and was excited to try it with my daughter. Big mistake.

After waiting 40 minutes with no delivery, I called the store. They told me it had already been delivered – – they even rang the doorbell. It hadn’t. When I called back, I was told it went to the wrong house and they’d have it to me in 5 minutes. I didn’t want food that had been sitting at a stranger’s house, so I asked if they were actually remaking it. After some runaround, the manager admitted he was “making it right now” – – already 10+ minutes after promising 5. I cancelled.
What followed was worse. I was hung up on. Called back, put on hold with no explanation, hung up on again. On my third call, they refused to give me the manager’s name until I said I was contacting corporate – – at which point he said, I’m Grant, I’m a franchisee. He doesn’t care.

No apology. No accountability. My daughter and I waited over an hour and had no lunch. I was a brand new customer who came in specifically because of their marketing. Never again.

Just went during operating hours and their lights were off when it wasn’t time to close yet and they wouldn’t let me in. Young blonde girl and curly haired guy. Extremely unprofessional. Closing before actual closing hours.

A disappointing experience. The toppings on the sandwiches were very skimpy. It was mostly just bread with a sprinkle of toppings. They were out of ham and had to substitute turkey for one sandwich. They forgot banana peppers for another sandwich and the other sandwiches were very sad looking. We spent $45 on the sandwiches and it was not worth it.

This is the slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. Not even close to freaky fast. We were the 2nd car in line when we ordered, but it was about 20 minutes before we got our food. The workers were very polite and the food was good. It took a lot longer than other locations.

Spent $35 on two “giant” sandwiches. Asked for tomatoes to be put on only half of one of my sandwiches and the cashier said that they can put tomatoes on the side but can’t put it on only half of the sandwich. What!? Dumbest thing I’ve heard. First time and last time.

I’ve been to multiple Jimmy John’s locations some make the sandwiches delectable this one does not I’ve been here on two occasions , ordered the same dish a totally tuna with extra veggies. on both occasions they messed the order up the most recent Martinez they gave me the wrong tuna sandwich at a cheese which I did not ask for and did not double up on the veggies as requested. but I noticed something the ratio of ingredients that they put is not right they put way too much tuna too little of other ingredients and the whole thing is a soggy mess this is not like the original Jimmy John’s quality. I wish them well but I would not return to this location

I can’t believe im about to write this..

I dropped by Saturday 5/31, to get a toasted sub. Wanted to give the chicken, bacon, ranch a try.

Asked what came on it to make sure I was leaving off what I didn’t want.

Read back to the employee what I wanted on it and make sure it was toasted..

Ive literally have been to Jimmy Johns 4 or 5 times in my lifetime.. so making sure I was ordering it right.

After ordering, was told by the employee to pull up to the window.

I roll up, shut my car off… and through the window I hear the employee that took my order complaining about the way I ordered my food and its just ask for a chicken bacon ranch.

Even though the drive thru window is closed, its not sound proof. Sorry I didn’t order my food to your standards.

Drove off, no food.. just man, if youre gonna complain about a customer.. do it where they cant hear you or after they’ve left. Tip for the future.

Definitely won’t visit this location again.
