Placed an online order to-go for a work lunch. When I arrived, the sandwiches were all done in time. Even though I could’ve carried the bag myself and they were busy, Dan insisted on brining it to my car. Super friendly staff! Food was great and everything was per order.

I used to love this location. They were super fast and even delivery was fast. This was my first experience getting something delivered since they switched to Uber and I won’t be doing it again. I placed my order at 7:50 pm. Before it would’ve been at my house by 8:10 at the latest as my house is down the street. It will be an hour before the food arrives. Worst experience with Jimmy John’s I have ever had for some sandwich combos to be $40.

It was noon and a team of 4 working. They were busting their butts to get orders out quickly. Drive thru was busy , inside was busy and they didn’t miss a beat. They have some hand washing opportunities after changing gloves , however seeing them work together and serving people was refreshing. Most establishments have no urgency and don’t care about customer service . Awesome job here in mauldin!

This location has typically been a great location but the catch phrase “freaky fast” no longer applies. The window typically takes 5-10 minutes to get two sandwiches. I used to be in and out in less than a minute. They may be training new people for the summer, but hopefully things get quicker.
