It’s not what I expected. That’s the best way to sum it up I guess.
I’ve had Jimmy John’s before in other places and not been disappointed but when I pay $6-$8 for a sandwich I hope for it to look at least like an attempt to match their advertising.
The first one I ordered was so shocking I ordered another one just to make sure it wasn’t an outlier. Nope – apparently every sandwich comes with like one thin slice layer of meat, a piece of cheese, and maybe a sprinkle of shredded lettuce and tomato.
The bread and chips were good, although the bread even looks much bigger or something on the ads. If there had been more meat and other ingredients I might have a better idea how good they were.
The staff was friendly. Place was clean.
I just am not impressed with what you get for the price.

Disappointed. I went a couple of weeks ago, ordered an “unwich”- I get home and there’s ZERO meat on there so I called, went back and they remade it for me. They gave me a coupon for a free sub on my next visit which was really nice. I went today and they got my order wrong again LOL. I ordered an unwich again and this time they made it with bread. It was free so not the end of the world but 2 times in a row the wrong order?!

I had an okay experience that could have been much better. I sat waiting to order for a while, but when I got to the window, the guy apologetically explained that they were short-handed. That’s fine. The problem was that the lady that took my order didn’t take the time to enter any of my requests for the order; drink, chips, or to add peppers. It took longer for the guy to get me the right stuff than if she had taken the order correctly. I should have already expected it, but I drove off and discovered that I didn’t have peppers on my sandwich. I live an hour away and went out of my way to come here. It wasn’t a good experience and I won’t be back to this location.

Today is the first time I’ve been to this location. It’s clean inside but the two employees weren’t really accommodating in how to speak and hold a conversation for a person new to their shop. I really don’t why it seemed sort of like they didn’t really want over the counter customers; I could see their drive thru takes priority. Let’s just say it wasn’t “all- of-that”. Middle of the road at best.

I ordered from your store today and was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! To say the least!! My sandwich had NO MEAT and only 3 small tomatoes and 3 very thinly sliced pickles. I tried calling and I could tell someone answered but no one spoke. My fiancé went up there and called before he went in and the manager was answering the phone and walking off. I am VERY upset by the entire situation and will NEVER order from your company again!!!

Why is the simple things so hard. 3/14/25 around 1130. Only person in the drive thru. No customers in the store. First there was food all over the ground by the drive thru window. Literally just half a head of lettuce just chilling with tomatoes everywhere. Second customer service was terrible. You tell someone good morning and they just stare silent at you. You tell them thank you and they just close the window. 3 out of the 4 subs ordered were wrong in one way or another. Barely anything put on them. For 50 bucks this was a huge waste of money and a rip off. If you want to know why your location has crappy reviews and you will probably go out of business this is why. Maybe do better and offer value for the money and train your employees to actually care just a little. I will never come here again.

Placed my order at 12:08 today and my order was delivered at 2:08! I work less than 10 minutes from this location and ever since JJ has started contracting out their deliveries through Uber, the delivery sucks. Pllsssss pay your delivery people more so they stay or hire more people.. I’d like to go back to the freaky fast deliveries..

Never even ate here. Pulled in the drive thru the guy was immediately rude and had no customer service. I asked if I could look at the menu and he was a complete smartass. I’m pregnant and asked could he heat up any meat for me without it being toasted he said no. He did not want to serve me to begin with. I see now that’s why you have 3 stars and no one is ever in the parking lot. It’s a shame.

ordered on doordash. my son ordered the kids BLT he got a turkey with lettuce. my sub had mayonnaise after i put no mayonnaise and my boyfriends sub was wrong too. i don’t ever leave reviews so be happy you’re the first.
