Had a late lunch here. Placed order through the JJ app. Went inside to pick my order and dine in. Bottom line, employees were competent and efficient, but everyone seemed mad….like they didn’t want to be there…with that being said, my sandwich may be the best sandwich I’ve ever had. To be fair, I will always take grumpy employees with great food over warm employees but bad food. I’ll be back. Their toasted sandwiches are the bomb!

Took almost an hour for my order to leave the store (delivery). By the time I got it was over an hour. Freaky fast I don’t think so. I was at work 1/2 mile away. Totally missed my lunch break. When I called to check on my order the staff member was rude. Won’t be ordering from this JJ again.

I had a bad experience in April, which was rare, I’ve been going to this location for 10 years and that’s like the second time but anyways, I got a store credit from the manager who emailed me back and decided to give them another shot. I’m so glad I did. Their toasted subs are amazing and Mary is very sweet.

I absolutely love jimmy johns, always super fresh. The #16 is my favorite. Super basic but I add stuff to mine. Which they do have free add-ons. The bread could be a bit softer but at least it doesn’t get super soggy. It is a little pricey but what sub place isn’t? Anyways 10/10, the staff was cool too.

Nautifus is one of the best employees there!! Very respectful, corrected an order effectively & efficiently that was made incorrect. He even advised me of the birthday sandwich I had on my account that I knew nothing about, he’s attentive & aware of what’s going on in the establishment!

Placed an online order for pick up. Arrived 15 minutes after order was placed and it still wasn’t ready.. Asked what my name was and then my ticket was moved to the line to be made. Took a full 25 minutes for my order to be ready from the time it was placed. Also, didn’t add my side in the bag. Great food but the service and experience has gone downhill recently and not feasible for people who have limited time for lunch break. Definitely not up to standards with their “super freaky fast” slogan.

I normally had good experience here,but it was not it. Not friendly and all the staffs were just chit chatting with one another. Some were just standing there not helping with making food. I witness one employee just standing there texting. I will not be back.

every time we order its a problem, charged my card 11 times once, lost another 100 plus dollar order and could not find it. Refunds take forever.
