Red dread head girl was extremely rude. Didn’t acknowledge us at all was huffing and puffing, ripping receipts out of the printer and was straight ignoring us. so we walked out. Not going back.

Hadn’t eaten at a JJ in years. Stopped by this one to order to 6″ or small subs. We both ordered same thing so though t we’ll just get a large and cut it in half. Employee taking order heard us so knew what we wanted. He asked do we want a giant. We just assumed it was a 12″. Cost us $20. He gave us 2 sandwiches , we told him just wanted one of those. One was large enough for us to spit. He said no, that’s the size of the giant. Wow, I get up sell but that was completely overkill. I wven mentioned that was way to much, but he didn’t say a word. We loved the sandwich but won’t return to this location. Git our money that one time but not again.

Stopped in to eat at this Jimmy John’s today. Girl taking our order never once looked at us. We should have ordered from a brick wall if that was available. Went to
Wash my hands, opened bathroom door and a young guy who was a jimmy john employee sitting on the commode reading his phone. Who forgets to lock the door to a one commode restroom in a public restaurant??? Waited and waited. Never heard any running water so it doesn’t surprise me that he didn’t wash his hands. He walked into the food prep area and got back on his phone. The lady making the subs acted like she was mad about having to work. All three employees never washed their hands from bathroom to cash register to food prep. Would not ever eat here again ,even if it was free.

I have written a review on this location before, but I felt compelled to write another one. Every single employee that I have come in to contact with is amazing. Friendly, fast and correct every single time. In times like these, it’s easy for consumers and employees alike to lose sight of whats important. These employees are incredible at making the customer feel valued and providing exemplary service and fresh fast food. I truly wish I would have asked their names but I visited on 3/29 at around 2:45 PM and I had interaction with almost every employee working and every single one of them were just wonderful. I will continue to patronize this Jimmy Johns for years to come. I love the food, but the true value in an establishment is the staff, and you all hit a home run at this location. Excellent job guys!

Everything was terrible my sandwich had to much oil on it and Cassie was rude and they had a office chair by the phones and no tea in lobby it’s 6 pm wow this place went down hill. My sandwich wasn’t even cut in half wow.
