If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Cleanliness = 0. Customer service = 0.

I stopped in on my way home from work in Lincolnton to grab subs for me and my fiancé. The experience was disgusting from start to finish. The floor was sticky, and while making my sandwich the employee grabbed a coworker’s cell phone with her gloves on, then continued making the food. Absolutely unsanitary.

When we got home, my fiancé unwrapped his sub to find a short curly black hair right on the sub. I immediately called the store, and the so-called “general manager” told me I’d have to drive all the way back because, in her words, “people lie all the time.” I explained I wasn’t driving an hour round trip just to prove their mistake. She claimed she was “the highest” authority after I told her I was unhappy with the customer service and wanted to speak to someone, then hung up on me.

Moral of the story: don’t waste your time, money, or health here. If you value cleanliness and customer service, look elsewhere.

One star is one star too many.

Got a number 6 today. All I got was bread, wilted lettuce, two slices of cheese and two slices of hot peppers.

No avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, mayo.etc

Most awful sandwich. Not going back again.

I am going to take JJ off my fast food places to visit.

My family of 5 just had such an awesome experience here! The manager was awesome, excellent service. Even from when we walked in the music was lively making it a fun vibe, the ordering process was smooth, and the sandwiches were great. Bathrooms were clean! Perfect for a quick stop on a road trip.

This establishment used to be great. The past few years it has really gone downhill. The past 2 orders I placed online and when I got there to pick them up they had not even stated the order. Jimmy John’s used to be known for “freaky fast” service but this establishment is definitely not that. Cleanliness also seems to be a problem here too.

Customer service is great, however the formula to building their subs doesn’t seem right to me. The bread is laid flat, veggies down, meat on top, then closed up. This makes the sandwich split lengthwise of half veggies and half meat. Meat was falling out of sub the whole time while eating, and each bite is either bread and veggies or bread and meat.

I paid $20 for a giant Vito sub where every single ingredient was from the day before. The non toasted bread was hard as a rock to the point it’d cut your gums when you bit into it. Obviously a day old. The lettuce was already browning, obviously already a day old. The meat on the sandwich was so dry it had to have been left out uncovered in a fridge all night, IF it got put into a fridge overnight at all, because The salami and ham on the sandwich turned BROWN after 30 minutes. The cheese was already crumbling from being dry and left out in the open.

I was sold a day old sandwich.

And I was told I was not entitled to a refund.

Do not eat here, do not order from here, it’s a health hazard waiting to happen.

Disappointing as every single other JJ’s
ive been to has been great. This one dropped the ball so hard, they’ll never find it again.

Downloaded app ordered food delivery and now I know why I waited so long before trying this place…food was horrible. Cold and one sandwich that was on wheat I could’ve used the bread to break the ice on my driveway. Instead threw it in trash. Won’t be getting bricks from here again. Too many other good places around.

Can someone please explain to me why every time I walk into this location, the employees DO NOT pay attention to their orders. My wife and I get the usual. Hers is a #10, add onions, ez mayo. Mine is a #5, ez mayo. Tonight we did not get that and I am super furious. This location has lost two customers which I’m sure hardly makes an impact. My order prior to this one was missing mayo and not cut in half. This order was all the way messed up. She did not get her sandwich while the wrapper was marked #10. Half of a tomato was on it, no lettucez not even mayonnaise which was supposed to be on both sandwiches. Mine was drenched in oil. It was so slippery that I couldn’t even hold it and doused with the oregano. Never again. Where is my money going? A $25 dollar order that was worth in reality $20 because people don’t pay attention making these orders. Ridiculous. This place has gone to bad places. Orders are always wrong. Already submitted feedback on JJs website.

Called me at 9:20pm to state that they can cancel my online order for 2 sandwiches because they are closed. I explained that the store hours were until 10pm and the app allows you to order. Worker wouldn’t budge and I regret not getting her name, awful customer service. I live a few minutes away and drove by the store on the way to another restaurant, to my surprise, there is literally no one in the store and the order could have been done. But, workers are lazy and don’t want to do the job they get paid for. Will not be coming back there ever again. Thanks for refunding my money at least!
