I used to come to this Jimmy John’s every week because of the amazing service and freaky fast subs. Over the past few months I’ve noticed it going downhill. We stopped by today and ordered three subs that did not come with tomatoes or lettuce. We received extra lettuce and tomato of which were slimy and old and inedible. The bread was old and falling apart and the store looked awful. Underneath the counters look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, and the dirty baby high chair and baby supplies strewn about the store is definitely not hygienic either. Will not be returning again.

Ordered at 1:56 pm and it was 2:43 before it was out for delivery. Called the stores after waiting 15 minutes (just expected the whole freaky fast I suppose) they were waiting for the “chicken to thaw out”. I guess failure to prepare really does mean prepare to fail. Food is decent, just be prepared to wait. Eating in or ordering. Definitely not fast food by any means.

Ordered online .. 10 before close got to the store 5 till . Didn’t think it would be a big deal since they usually get the subs made very quickly and would in and out before they closed. I was wrong they locked the door already . I got the cashier’s attention when she realized I had ordered via the app. Let me in and explained that they had closed the kitchen early , she kept telling me it’s ok it’s ok . I guess for her it was since she got to close early but stayed on the clock till afterwards it seems. The only upside is I got offered a refund but I won’t see it for three days . Young lady explained that if I called ahead she would let know if they were closing early and that it’s ok . I asked why not turn off the online like 20 min before close if so….. the reply the owner had to do that she could not . Owner may not even know why he’s not getting orders in the afternoon .

Rushed to order, did not listen charged twice because they did not 5 or.so.seconds to let the credit card finnish. Asked for no cheese and they put extra cheese on it. Tomato was freezer burnt for some reason. Everyone looked panacked and stressed and there is only one other customer.

These people hate their jobs and are really bored. A visit from their DM is Needed . I watched them ignore their customers and run out and harass some kids for feeding seagulls instead of taking care work or I don’t know…cleaning the bathroom which was absolutely disgusting when I went out to it by the way. Not mention they continued to talk about these kids like high school mean girls. Please give them some work to do so they aren’t so bored

Chicken Caesar wrap was inedible. I think the dressing was just plain mayo, not Caesar dressing. The wrap fell apart because there was so much mayo on it. Worst wrap I have ever had.

I ordered delivery from Jimmy John’s on 12/15/22 and your delivery person Doug truly went above and beyond. Not only was my delivery “freaky fast,” but Doug also wrote a kind message on my receipt when he knew I was having a tough work day from my order notes. Plz give this man a raise because I personally vow to never eat at Jersey Mikes again due to my outstanding delivery.

Jimmy John’s is our favorite sub place. It’s inconvenient enough that they close at 5 pm. But we plan around it. JJ is my 6 year old’s favorite thing. So the other day we raced home, got ready, and rushed there to make it before 5. Planning to grab some subs and go to the beach.
