Received a sub again that wasn’t right! Decided to call and get a replacement but for another night as we had already made it home and didn’t feel like going back out after the long day we had. The person on the phone said that was fine and it would be credited. The manager called minutes later, wanting to know what was wrong with the sub as they are the one that made it… I told them it was missing a meat and barely had any meat on it compared to almost all the other subs I received in the past. He said he made it, so he was sure there was turkey (that was the missing meat) on it and I would need to bring it back to show it had no turkey to a have it remade or he would just offer a partial refund. So… even after a long day, I went up and showed him there was, in fact, no turkey and about half the meat it should have… He then says, “How do I know you didn’t take it off!” He then refused to make my sub as I ordered and said the most he could do is give me a partial credit! This manager has made it sure I will never visit that location again… if I ever eat at another Jimmy John’s… that will depend on what corporate or the owner does…

I can definitely confirm everyone else’s negative reviews. The music inside was deafening when I went to pick up my order. I ordered 2 subs online and there was nothing going on at the restaurant at all. They were not busy whatsoever, my girlfriend ordered a number 11, she got a number 7, I ordered a large number 7, and I got a number 9. I’ll be pursuing a full refund via charge back, and never going back to this location.

Ok, I have drove past this place since they first opened but i dodged it due to lack of judgement on my behalf…Well today i placed an order and within 8 minutes BAM my order was at the door! (Where do they do that at? Jimmy johns is where) I was very pleased with the ladie who took my order and the ladie who delivered it (maybe it was the same ladie? Idk) I was greeted with a smiling face and a GREAT sub! My ticket has the name Zachary on it I’m unsure if thats the ladie or not but regardless she has outstanding customer service! Thank you i highly reccomend there food! If you haven’t already given it a try you should! Be your own judge:) I am FULL hahaha

Went in yesterday to store 2384, and guys were chill, but big shout out to Mike the driver, he made my boyfriend and my sandwiches, my bf explained he liked his food spicy, he asked how hot, he explained that he wanted his farts to burn, a request he’s never heard described that way but he delivered. The sandwich he made me was excellent

The only reason it’s getting two stars and not one star is because the people that work there were very friendly and helpful now my wife loves Jimmy John’s and we love their potato salad this was the first time I got a family size potato salad it cost me $16.05 and this is what they gave me three scoops you guys should be a shame of yourself charging people in an arm and a leg and don’t give them a lot of anything I have never felt so cheated from a fast food chain in my life you guys need to do better
