the 1 star reviews are taking me out HAHAHAHA – i just left and the staff was so sweet! i had an allergy question and the employees were super conscientious, actually listened, and brought photos of the ingredient lists i was asking about to show me instead of dismissing my concerns or assuming they knew the ingredients by heart. i really appreciated it! shout out to today’s staff!

pretty horrible experience at ILM airport- ordered a sub, drink, chips and a cookie. When the order was complete I asked where to get my drink, and she said, I didn’t charge you for a drink. No problem, I just drank some water. Then I opened my sub and it was just meat at bread, this was my fault because I didn’t realize the slim sub was just meat and cheese, but when I asked the person said “that’s what you paid for, sorry” and walked away. I was happy to pay for the lettuce tomatoe and Mayo, but the way he just dismissed me was extremely off putting. I know airport restaurants already ate super low standards, but when they shove the tip tablet in your face and look at you while you decide if/what to tip, you would expect some sort of decent service.

Ordered the #2 roast beef. It literally had one slice of roast beef on it for $14 bucks. And the young kid was rude and should be fired. Horrible!!!

This customer service was horrible! I waited patiently for them to open, an extra 15 minutes! I placed my order with one young girl and she told me it would be 15 minutes on bread. I told her thats fine with me. Then the short meat cutter walked over and told me with a blank stern face that “we don’t do pre orders for sandwiches.” I explained that I will wait and he repeated it and walked away!
Y’all need to do better with customer service & train your people! The young lady was nice and even offered me a wrap instead!
Anyway the guy in the back peeped out and asked “what’s the problem?” I told him I was trying to order a sandwich but was told by the meat cutter I could not prepay! He told Da’Monte to take care of me and he did immediately with no question! This young man deserves 5 stars for his positive attitude and willingness to help a customer! I only tipped because of Da’Monte (hope the name is spelled correctly)! Get rid of poor customer service people not willing to resolve simple issues and know how to communicate correctly! Thank you!

Had a turkey tom. The turkey was pink . I don’t think I have ever had pink colored turkey in my lifetime . The bread was tasteless as well as the entire sandwich . Do not recommend .

I was super excited for this Jimmy John’s to be open in the airport. Went to go try it for the first time (am here often for work). Had the most lifeless cashier who was practically slumped over on the counter. Then I was told I can’t order a sandwich without bread. I’m unable to eat gluten and just wanted the meat. Cashier didn’t even try to come up with a solution. I was super disappointed. They are able to do this at other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to.

Guess they lost a sale… horrible service. The other food places all have wonderful service in the airport. Jimmy John’s – do better.

Awful customer service, they announced my total as $10 something without specifying the change, the cashier said they were out of avocado while another girl making sandwiches said they had it but they actually didn’t, no sprouts either? Save your money this JJ should be shut down. JJ is one of my favorite restaurants but this is a complete disgrace of a “Jimmy Johns”

Had a great experience grabbing a sandwich before my flight. Located after security, it was a quick option. This particular night, someone had come in and bought out all of their bread, a literal $200 order of bread. The staff was up front about this before I ordered, and offered to make anything as a wrap instead.

I got the wrap, it was made quickly, and I appreciated the staff being up front, and sharing the hilarious bread story. Thanks for being one of the only locations open for a real meal later into the evening at ILM.

4 employees but no urgency. Made the sandwiches of three people who ordered after me before starting on mine because they couldn’t be bothered to slice the necessary meat. After 20 min of waiting with zero progress I had to catch a flight and missed my sandwich. Tipping is also mandatory on their register. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Every time, weeks between, I come in asking for an unwich and they are literally too lazy to make it and tell me they don’t have it. Questioning intelligence and competence here. They go out of their way here not to work. Wouldn’t trust the food quality.
