I don’t know why but from the get go It was a bad experience. The person behind the counter was very blah, had no personality Whatsoever I asked to please make sure there were no pepper stems in the sandwich. I pulled out 2 this is not worthy of $9 by any means. When I mentioned to the manager, my concerns, it was shrugged off like it was nothing. I will not be back. use to be one of my favorite restaurants back in Detroit. But now you could not pay me to go there. Thank you so much for ruining that for me.

This is the DIRTIEST Jimmy Johns I have ever seen. Came in at about 7pm on a Sunday night, and there was food fragments everywhere, and they had all the meet and cheese and veggies outside of the cooler, just sitting out! Some of it looked like it had been sitting out for hours.

Ordered a #1 combo with chips. Waited 15minutes and saw an employee hand another customer my Order, though I didn’t know it at the time.
The customer that got my order opened it up, flipped though the sandwich like a deck of cards and returned ot to the counter and told the employee that this was not his order.
The employee then rewrapped the sandwich and just set it aside. I stepped to the front and had to wait another 5 minutes in line to get a refund.
Employee tried to hand me that same sandwich that a random customer just handled bare handed 5 minutes earlier.
Got a refund and was told it would be next Tuesday before I would get a refund.
Staff working right now is not up to par, disappointed, I used to love jimmy johns but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

First time visiting and let me tell you I’m glad I stopped by. I just had surgery on my legs hr before I got there and had them bandage up. The young lady took my order and offered to bring it to my car. I thought that was the sweetest thing any fast food worker has ever done. The store was very clean. My sub was delicious and the right amount of meats and vegetables. I got my money worth. Wasn’t packed or naked just perfect. Everything was very fresh. Added avocado to my sub and it was awesome. I was welcomed when I went in. Everyone worked together. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Just rish they had one closer by.

I just went and yes, I love Jimmy John’s, customer service was great and kind but I’m only giving four stars because both times I went now, I asked to not gut the bread. The 13 gets gutted and I like the extra bread and they still gutted it.
It’s okay but I like the extra bread lol, good food either way and just a little bit on the expensive side. $20.00 plus dollars for not even a full combo LOL but thank you for the food.
