This location is truly exceptional, and it is entirely because of the people who work here. There are a few young men on the staff who have gone out of their way to make sure I feel safe walking back to my car at night. They never had to do that, and it is not something anyone is required to offer, which is exactly why it meant so much to me. There have been times when the parking lot felt uncomfortable or a little sketchy, and their awareness, kindness, and willingness to look out for someone else speaks volumes about their character.
Beyond that, the service here is always wonderful. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They make your sandwich exactly how you ask for it, without rushing or acting annoyed, and they take pride in doing their job well. It’s the kind of place where you feel seen and respected as a customer, not just processed through a line.
The store itself is always clean, well kept, and inviting, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. But what really sets this location apart is the atmosphere created by the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and quiet acts of care make this place feel safe and welcoming in a way that goes beyond just good food.
It is rare to find a place where people treat others with that level of respect and consideration. This team deserves real recognition for the environment they create every day.

I get a pretty plain sandwich, and that is every sandwich shop I ever go to. While the flavor itself was incredible, just look at the size of this thing. We’re talking 1 single slice of cheese, as well as roast beef. I have had gas station sandwiches loaded more than this was. Again, the flavor was incredible. However after seeing the size of this thing and leaving dissatisfied, I cannot recommend this to any fellow sandwich lovers.

Overall great experience at this location. Went there during the week for lunch. I’ve been wanting to try the hot subs and it was better than expected. The Italian has always been my favorite and the Italian hot was amazing. This location was clean and friendly. Though it’s not a big place and eating in could be challenging with a big group.

The service here is always great, the restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is friendly. I’m typically very happy with my sandwiches. My only gripe is how much mayo is put on every sandwich that comes with mayo. Who wants globs of mayo dripping from their sandwich when they take a bite?
However, I struggle to give less than 5 stars, because the service is always fantastic for this type of quick in-and-out service style of restaurant.

Very disappointed with the service at this location. I witnessed an employee spraying cleaning chemicals on a table right next to exposed food, which was extremely concerning. When I ordered my sandwich, I specifically asked for no tomatoes, but they were added anyway. On top of that, the employee slicing the meat was wearing gloves but didnt wash her hands, which made the situation feel even more unsanitary. The manager on duty (black female was rude and did not address any of these issues. Overall, the service and food handling practices were unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

bsolutely disgusting experience. The manager was slicing meat, then picked up and used her phone, and did not change her gloves before going back to food prep. That is a serious health and sanitation issue and completely unacceptable in a restaurant. On top of that, the employees were very rude and dismissive when interacting with customers. Poor hygiene and poor customer service — I will not be returning.

I had such a great experience at Jimmy John’s today! The girl making the sandwiches was incredibly friendly and welcoming — she had such a positive attitude and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. She even took a moment to tell me about the new toasted subs they’re offering, which I didn’t even know about. Her recommendation was spot-on — the toasted sandwich was delicious! It’s refreshing to get great customer service and a tasty meal. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This Jimmy John’s has gone completely downhill, and I will never spend another dollar here. One of the managers was openly celebrating the death of someone last week, which is beyond disgusting and shows a complete lack of professionalism or basic human decency. On top of that, they create a toxic environment by being mean to employees, dragging politics into the workplace (which customers should never have to hear about), and treating people who walk through the door with rudeness and hostility. The whole atmosphere is nasty, unwelcoming, and flat-out inappropriate. If you value respect, good service, or even just a neutral environment to grab a sandwich, avoid this place at all costs.

I always have a very pleasant experience when I come by! The staff are polite, charismatic and very attentive which is so refreshing. Ingredients are always fresh and full of flavor. Hands down my favorite location, keep up the great work guys!
