The best Jimmy Johns location in the area in my opinion! I have ordered online for in store pickup several times and it’s always ready for me when I get there! A mistake was made on a past order and the owner and his team made it right for me within 24 hours! They were all so kind and apologetic when I returned. I have never experienced such amazing customer service!

My first time here. Food good. Question: who offers a BLT, then takes the lettuce and tomato off the order? (On ordering, I did not tell them to do so.) Got home to just then find out that they did that. Called and they offered to remake, which we declined due to time circumstances. Check your receipt/order before you leave.

It’s so funny someone mentioned the owner just sitting in the corner, barking orders. It’s 100% accurate. I walked out yesterday as the owner was berating what appeared to be a new staff member who didn’t know how to work the register. Instead of getting up and helping the kid, who was the only employee in the store, he just sat there and was rude to him.
The service has gone down hill with this new owner. Seeing that yesterday was the last straw for us. Beyond this, the delivery prices went from .75 to $3. I’ve had several deliveries take forever or cancel completely after waiting an hour. This was never like this before this owner took over.
Edit (in response to the owner): There’s no confusion on which store it is. There’s only one in Mint Hill.

Incredibly slow and poor service, I put my order in 20 minutes ahead of heading to the store at 12:30, to ensure it was ready and upon arriving and seeing a backed up line of people the sandwich was still not ready. Employees were moving incredibly slow.
At 12:55 with still no update and waiting, I walked up to the register to which I told them I submitted my order almost 30 minutes ago, they proceeded to verify my name and then pull my tag to just now start my order. At this mount there were people who had walked in and gotten their food before me.
It’s currently 1:09pm and I just now received my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with this location and service.

I went in 30 minutes ago to pick up my order, was assured by all 5 employees everything was in the bag and left. I got home and found out my chips weren’t in there with the rest of my food. Food is alright but they frequently forget items. I personally prefer the store on highway 49.

This location (Mint Hill) always has the friendliest people. I have never been disappointed in the sandwiches or the service. Just today, I walked in and was greeted, enthusiastically, with a hello and welcome. Love eating here!
