There’s literally 1 slice of turkey meat on my sub with tons of lettuce…. This is ridiculous. Especially since this sandwich was $10. Will not be back to this location, you’re better off driving to the concord mills location.

Wow! I was taken back by the good service. I went in the drive through at about 615 at night. I order a Turkey Tom, potatoes salad and a tea. Don’t know who took my order. Didn’t get the name of the guy who was in the drive through either. But the sandwich was fresh and the service was fantastic. I’ll be back for that perfectly made tea too.

Next time someone orders a sandwich with “banana peppers” it’d be cool to just the customer know that y’all don’t serve that instead of putting hot peppers on my sandwich, which have a completely different flavor profile from banana peppers. And when I called to ask about if they even had banana peppers , I was told THEN that they didn’t & no apology but a “for future reference” tip. Thanks for telling me after I got home lol

I want to let everyone know how well the store is kept up friendly staff very Helpful with helping me decide my sandwich. The sandwich was was very neatly made. Stopping by after work the guys makes me want to come back . Thanks guys for the very great service.

This is the second time we have ordered for delivery and have not received! First time they didn’t have a driver available so they outsourced. (Never showed up and husband called and had to go to store pick it up.)
We ordered this time over a hour ago and tried calling to check on our order and someone answered the phone and hung up. Tried calling 3 more times and no one answered. My husband is on the way to the store now to cancel our order. We don’t mind spending $72 for sandwiches (that is what our order cost is) BUT we would like to have our sandwiches to eat in a somewhat timely manner! And communication is very important! Highly disappointed and now have to make dinner for kids who are hungry and who have been waiting for over a hour to eat!

I frequent, I order online and pull through the drive thru. The last 3 orders I have placed ha e been wrong. Twice ordering and adding avocado/guac both times they left it off but charged me for it. One other time I added sliced pickles and side of ranch. They left them off but charged me for them. I’m giving up on this location. Too bad.

First I would like to say I come to Jimmy John’s and I order a club Lulu with add salami and mayonnaise cut in half they did not do none of that they added hot peppers the actual taker at the drive-thru named Allen, where when I asked Allen if they can give me a bag of chips because of they messed up my order he said he cannot do that so I felt disrespected and the sanitation code is also a 96 so that tells you right there they don’t know how to keep their stuff clean so with that being said I would never go back and visit this Jimmy John’s again.

Jimmy Johns University botched my order sandwiches were thrown together sloppy also ordered Italian night Club got a turkey sandwich.I did online revue also spoke to manager that night he said they don’t refund money back to your card they keep it on file with phone number .I waited almost two months and tonight wife and I decided to use credit .Called in to University store we had the rudest person said she was a manager then later said she doesn’t have to give us her name because she is a minor .Long story short she never found credit told me it was not her fault and general manager said if she can’t find it then we were not getting it tonight .I asked for name of manager and when they would be at store so I can come have a conversation .Employee would only say general manager is Josh and he would be in tomorrow morning.Thanks for nothing .After looking at reviews I see why issues at store.Jimmy John University owe me a full refund .I never want to eat at this Jimmy John’s ever again.Whoever is in charge of phones right now is culprit.Pics of sandwiches that were suppose to have credit for (slop) not fit to eat .Not begging but could a real manager contact me please.Not interested in credit from store (employees ) are also issue

I truly hate leaving negative reviews—especially for one of my all-time favorite chains—but unfortunately, this particular Jimmy John’s location (10032 University City Blvd, Charlotte) fell far below expectations.
Our visit on a Sunday afternoon was disappointing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at the drive-through, the staff member who assisted us was incredibly unwelcoming. We tried to ask a few simple questions about the new toasted sandwiches, but were met with dismissiveness and flat-out rudeness/ ignorance. While I understand that working in a busy food service environment can be challenging, there’s no excuse for the level of disrespect we experienced. He repeatedly cut us off mid-sentence and seemed uninterested in helping us at all.
We ended up ordering two classic subs with a few add-ons—which we were charged for—but those additions never made it into our sandwiches. What we received was a sloppy, thrown-together mess that didn’t resemble what we ordered. To top it off, we spent nearly $40 on food that was simply not worth it.
I still love Jimmy John’s as a brand, but I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location—especially on Sundays, when this particular employee may be working.
