Placed an order online, I am less than 2 miles down the road and it has been over an hour with no delivery… Freaky Fast? More like Freaky Slow. I called the store and they said your order came in as a third party delivery… I said I ordered from your website and not a third party. According to them when they don’t have enough workers THEY use a third party. Terrible service. I WOULD NOT order from this store or location if you are hungry, getting ready to take a lunch break. They don’t care evidence from the slow service, and lack of care when you care.

Good and fast service. Stopped in for a sandwich to take on the go, was in and out with food in hand in less than 5 minutes. It was a nice change to the typical fast food we get stuck with doing travel ball practice.

So I stopped in on Sunday afternoon. The man cleaning the oven was too busy listening to his Apple iPods. Somebody else came from the back. Didn’t even understand the menu. I was served a tuna sub. The tuna was disgusting. Rotten cucumbers. I mentioned it to the person behind the counter. They apologized but there was no solution provided. Would recommend the owner is in to see what type of people are running his establishment when there’s no management in play on the weekends. I would avoid this chain entirely and I will not even attempt to visit another location

I ordered the 3 8 inch sandwiches. My sandwich came literally with 1 piece of meat on each side of the hero bread. They said it goes according to the weight. Never again! I will go to Catawba they make the best sandwiches ever. Best everything was fresh. And customer service was great!

The sub for my husband was TINY! my daughter got a thinny sub and even that was bigger than the sub made for my husband. It had literally two pieces of Turkey and two pieces of bacon. Pathetic for being as expensive as it is. Heavenly hoage from now on I guess.
