Bought lunch here for my family the other day. Was greeted when I walked through the door. Everyone was friendly, establishment was clean and sandwiches were ready fast. I always get the Vito with extra oil and vinegar and it’s delicious every time.

Hi all. Watch out!!!!! I have been going to this location for a very long time. Usually they give good service and quality food. I was spending 100+ a month. Not a lot I know. Lol. I noticed over last few week their quality is going down, little things, they pre lose store early, maybe the bread is a lil ehh. Well I had my first bad sandwich. If you get an item that isn’t up to snuff , they will argue and not stand by any promise to make it right. They will only say not my problem or it’s your fault. I did try to calm and email and they really don’t care. I will start going next door to Publix or harris teeter and just get subs there. Recommended others follow as well as this location lost their freaky love and passion. Sad customer. 🙁

Took over 30 minutes for delivery and directions for sub were not followed. I am allergic to dairy and I requested no cheese. Also asked for no ice in drink but it was full of ice.
Unfortunately I’m in a training class until 5:30pm and my vehicle is at dealership getting serviced so I had no way to return the sandwhich. I basically lost $19.03 with delivery and tip. Plus no lunch.

Tried to take advantage of the free combo after 2pm deal and they wouldn’t let us because we “didn’t have enough points”…. I see nothing in the promotion about needing points! Only that it is eligible after 2pm.

Service was so slow today. Order for delivery for my lunch took outside the normal 10-15 minutes to get to me. No update or call from them. When I got the order sandwiches looked messy and thrown together. Guess I’ll be going to other locations.

Apparently unless you are parked directly in front of the door they won’t bring out your food curbside. I was parked 3 spots down and checked in with my car description. I waited 20 minutes before I went inside to get my curbside subs. They said they didn’t see my car when I showed them from the counter where I was parked. Maybe walk outside and look if you don’t see someone instead of being so lazy!!! Who knows how long my food sat there! Never again!
