I’ve been coming to the Jimmy John’s in Huntersville at Birkdale Crossings for many years. The staff, particularly, Andrew, Nick and Charlie, are 100% customer focused, friendly and engaging. They never fail to meet my expectations and make my sandwich the way I want it. I would highly recommend this location to anyone desiring great food, great service and a friendly atmosphere!

I love Jimmy John’s! But I will NOT go to this location anymore. It’s not the first time I’ve had a so/so experience, but today was by far the worst. If I would have had the time, I would have went back and returned my sandwich. I got a veggie #6 and they served the entire thing with completely rotten lettuce and spoiled guacamole! I was so hungry that I picked off all the lettuce and avocado from half the sandwich and ate a few bites, which I regret, because I ended up having stomach pain the rest do the day. I wanted to go back and ask the kids working there which one of them would want to eat my rotten sandwich!? I couldn’t believe they would make someone a sandwich like that and make them pay for it.
Honestly, the pictures make it look better than it actually was. I will stick with the Cornelius location from now on.
I hope this helps the owner to not lose more customers in the future.

This is a 12 dollar sandwich…. I’ll stick with jersey mikes. At least there they don’t skimp on lettuce and cheese comes on the sand which without a up charge…. You used to be a lot better Jimmy Johns… you can do better as well.

I feel like they were racist. We came in ordered Tiffany was very helpful but the lady making the sandwiches looked like she didnt want to answer the question. We could’ve did without the rolling of her eyes and throwing our food on the counter with no bag terrible never coming here again.

The rudest people ever!!! Nobody even acknowledged me being there after standing 10 minutes. The cashier kept scratching his head never washed him hands but put on gloves to make food. I had to ask them for help. My order was wrong!!! They suck! I will never return.

The best deli you can find they usually finish my sandwich before i can even get my drink i love it, even delivery is fast, Sean is my favorite driver. the staff is always friendly and they are hilarious. the atmosphere in the store is like none other you can tell that the the staff works as a team. The location is awesome and they have a drive through, now that’s freaky fast. the only downfall is that they don’t make hot sandwiches which sucks but the cold sandwiches are fresh and made with a lot of care and attention to detail.

I’ve eaten at Jimmy John’s all over Florida, all over North Carolina, all over Ohio, a this is by far the best one I’ve ever been to!!!! The employees that work there are super nice and everything is so clean, my subs are always made great, they are always smiling and asking how my day is! I love these people, they are so nice!!! But Jimmy John’s corporate I need yall to bring back the kickin ranch!!! The jalapeño ranch is alright but no where near as good as the kickin ranch! I know this store can’t change it but maybe corporate will see my review. Anyways I love Jimmy John’s! East coast Italian is my go to! Stop by here and you won’t regret it!
