Had a wedding for 40 guests catered by this location. Got 2 x 30 of the cut sized sandwiches. Order was ready on time. Manager was helpful. Sandwiches were fresh and delicious! I will definitely be ordering again for catering events.

I love jimmy johns I really do. I get the number 6 no cheese. Im pregnant and craving this so much. Drove 40 mins just to come home and find out they forgot my 1/4 pickle and added extra cheese to my veggie sandwich when asked for none. Really frustrated and let down. I had to take off the cheese and scrape the avocado off the cheese for my sandwich to be correct.

I placed an order online, and the employees didn’t even start making the order for 40 minutes. The store was not busy at all. They prioritized ever single in store order ahead of my 4 sandwich online order. This store used to be great, but not anymore.

This is supposed to be a #11 with ham, turkey and provolone. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes and onions with extra mayo & oregano. The sandwich is thrown together and not made correctly. The food tastes semi frozen/extra cold and when we ask for a knife we told to go next door. Why wasn’t the sandwich cut to begin with and why don’t why have utensils if they is something they don’t do. They were a lazy crew…period! We were the only ones in there at the moment and I see why.

I appreciate that I can receive my food “fast.” However, that may also be the problem at this location as the food never really tastes “fresh” but more so “pre-made.” And I’m highly disappointed as my last visit left me with way more bread than Tuna as it was made skimpy. See pic

Horrible service. The manager, or man working in Jimmy John’s today was a rude, immature, human being. Rude to my mother, and went off on my wife about a seafood allergy. Yelling at her and embarrassing her. We just walked out, after receiving my Mother’s money back.
