I’ve had issues at this location multiple times recently with messed up and lazy orders, from ignoring add-ons to charging for extra ingredients.
Every single time there is an issue it is the same young woman in glasses who’s there and makes my orders, even arguing with me the last time and saying there were no issues. Within the last few months, there has been an issue with the food she’s made nearly every single time I’ve come in.
As you can see from the pictures, there’s no computer issue that didn’t show the ingredients, and yet there’s nothing on it. I cannot describe how disappointing this is when all I ask for is a few vegetables added to my sandwich and I can’t even get a bit of sauce.

Ok, I am not much of a deli-guy, but when we ordered ahead of time, there was NO wait! The food was EXQUISITE! The quality of the products, the meat, everything was awesome! I recommend the Tuscan Italian Wrap, and I also recommend their chips! Their chips and desserts are quite good, so be sure to stop by Jimmy John’s for any occasion!

I usually order here when i forget to pack a lunch because of their proximity to my job. Lately the orders are so inconsistent in terms of quality and correctness that i will just hit one of the other locations on my commute to Winston from now on. (Delivery order; maybe you get better service in person. Wont be finding out)

Ordered a bootlegger club, waited 40 minutes for delivery and it never left the store. Went to pick it up in person and was told I couldn’t have the sandwich because I asked for a refund (just wanted the $3.00 delivery fee removed since, it wasn’t delivered obviously)
The employee started yelling at me saying that she was the employee and had a right to kick me out. Like… okay that escalated quickly I just wanted the sandwich I paid $18 for. Another employee handed me the sandwich, while employee A was still screaming.
Got home and opened the sandwich and it was just meat and cheese (see attached photo) I have ordered from this location many times, but never again.

I have had the worst experience with this location today. I work in the area and call in orders regularly. Today I was left on hold for over 25 minutes! Assuming they are just busy I hung up waited 10 minutes and called back alone answering the person replies thanks for holding and another 20 minutes go by. I hand up call back and the person hangs up on me!!! I really would like to report the poor lack of customer service to corporate!

The Jimmy John’s Experience ( Online Order/Delivery Edition). I ordered their Turkey Tom on sliced bread with a bag of chips. I enjoyed watching my order online, which provided me a somewhat expected delivery time. Jimmy Johns delivered my food quickly, and I appreciate the fast delivery. The sandwich tasted standard and ok, and although I want to gravitate towards Jimmy Johns due to their fast delivery, I have a hard time doing so. I do wish the company would explore other bread options like other major sub-shops and sandwich variations.

This Jimmy John’s forgot about the friendly part of fresh, friendly & fast. No receipt was given at the cash register so a bunch of people just milling around and my spouse and I discussing we don’t know our order number. The woman making the sandwiches is listening to our conversation for no reason and yelled at us that she’ll have our order in a moment. How rude. Told my very offended spouse to just wait and I’ll handle it patiently. No cause for that at all, we were not even talking to her!! So of course my sandwich was not toasted as I ordered it but I am not going to ask her to remake it with that attitude. She’s mad at life. Then another employee, while walking by our table, listening in our conversation AGAIN heard me asking him if he got the receipt on the sandwich, and said EXCUSE ME? Like he was offended… Sir, I was speaking to my spouse, not to you.!! Why do you even care??! We need this receipt because he is traveling for work. Just make your sandwiches properly and let your customers be in peace. Why are you listening in our conversations!!!

Everytime I go here I’m treated like I’m homeless because I’m dirty from work they always discriminate and have me waiting as if I was gonna beg for food and not make a purchase . Today the girl made me wait to buy a bread after I was in line because she had two customers buying sandwiches in the app

Food is more or less the same as every other Jimmy Johns but freaky fast is not how I would describe this franchise location. I have been here 5+ times over the last 2 months and every time they either get the order slightly wrong (leaving onions in when asked for them off) or they take longer than you would expect. Today was no exception, lunch rush so it was busy but while I was waiting on the food the people making the subs asked me over the counter after ordering “what did you get?” The guy on the register was a delivery guy trying to help out the line but more staff training may be needed at this location. I will be back, but this location does not meet the expectations of the brand.
Who knows, it may just be a lull and I’ll change the review if it improves.
Edit: Just got back to work and sat down, tried the new ranch and opened up the container to find it only about 1/3 full… lame
