I am not usually one to complain or leave a bad review, but I ordered a sandwich for delivery this evening and on my soul it came with absolutely no meat on it. Just lettuce, oil and vinegar, mayo and peppers. I don’t understand how this happened but I’m extremely disappointed after waiting 40 minutes for the only meal I’ll get to eat today, and it arrived like this.

Happy with Jimmy John’s there is nothing staff could do as it was not possible to toast my sandwich but def disappointed corp need to find away to allow anything to be toasted as this particular sandwich was for my toddler but I totally get if u can’t toast it u can’t toast it.

Exceptionally good customer service! I ordered a giant size sandwich for pickup and was given a regular, but didn’t notice until I was home. I called and explained and staff immediately offered to not only remake the sandwich but also deliver it free of charge. That kind of service is truly an anomaly these days, but so greatly appreciated.

Had a few bad experiences with the previous ownership, was still sad to see them close last time. However holy cow, what a transformation!!! This new crew is great! Fast both in store and for delivery even during busy hours. And great in store service. Please give this Jimmy John’s another chance!

JJ is the only restaurant in the area I’ve found that can make an Italian sub correct. ….( that I have found so far ) I am from New England, there are lots of Italian people in the north east. JJ other subs are delicious as well… Top shelf deli meat, always fresh vegetables. I highly recommend this place.

People used to be old customers Come Back to your familiar neighborhood shop for great food. Understand this ship was always great good. Then was a time. Not so .
However its back TIP TOP SHAPE for students our great Huntington. Missed great service. Food is great delivery prompt. Trust just go back take my word a brand new staff. They are kind when you call. OmG. Go see for your self.
