I walked in to order a sub for my son, the 2 working behind the counter were very rude. I asked for a loaded Italian sub meal, he said, “mam’ we have 4 Italian subs and none of them are called that!!” So hw chose one and rang it up. Didn’t tell me where to get it from and that I had to get my own chips, my first time ever going in there. Threw my sandwich up on 5he counter and said, :there!”. It was my first and last time going in there.

We had a tuna sub and the ultimate Italian sub. The Italian sub was heated and honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time. Beware its messy and drippy so get plenty of napkins. I can’t wait to go back and have another one soon.

I went in today at 4:00 to grab a sub. I walked in and the fellow asked me if I was picking up an order, I said no, just wanna get one to take home. He then tells me I will have to wait because he and his coworker were working on a big online order. I waited patiently for 10 minutes, no service, or even an offer of a drink while I waited. It was clear they were more concerned with the online order than the customer right in front of them! There were no cars in the lot, or other customers.
I left, and went across the street to Subway, nice people and a decent sandwich.

I only ordered Jimmy John’s after my coworker received his order. He’s a college kid who only had enough money for his dinner and unfortunately couldn’t tip. A worker wrote a 🙁 on the tip line when it was delivered.
I’ve worked as a delivery driver before and would NEVER think of doing something like that. How rude.

I love their sandwiches and usually order pickup thru the app. This time I went in to order. I’m a firm believer that I dont tip anywhere that I order my food standing up. When I went to pay, the tip screen didnt have a no tip option and required a 3 step process to set the tip to zero. Meanwhile, the driver was behind the counter waiving around a wad of bills bragging to the other employees that the manager gave them all the money from the tip jar, and proceeded to start counting them. I understand giving your employees the option of receiving tips, but the whole thing made me uncomfortable enough that I will be going to Firehouse Subs instead from now on

Not only does Jimmy John’s have great sandwiches but all the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. The app and rewards program are great and allow for easy and quick ordering with all the customization options you could possibly want for whatever you are ordering. The food is always fresh and the pickles are the best! I’ve never disliked any sandwich I’ve ever gotten. My go to are either of the Italian options, add pickles and Jimmy mustard.

Prices are little high. Got my husband something from there. I can’t eat there , bad tummy followed by heart burn. He loves the place. Also it depends on who’s working you can get a good sandwich and worth the price. But couple times his toppings were slim. Over all of keep going back for my honey.

Great food and employees, but extremely frustrating corporate standards.
I really do love the subs that Jimmy John’s offers! The ultimate porker is my favorite because of the bacon. Who doesn’t like a sandwich with five strips of bacon?!
The staff and service are fantastic and fast, but it’s hard to get them to build my sandwich the way I want it because they “are not allowed to” (an actual quote upon my request to spread the peppers out on my sandwich instead of cramming them in the middle). I really don’t like tasting peppers on just half of my sub, so I have to take apart and rebuild every single sandwich I get from this restaurant. They aren’t even allowed to put any sauces on the side or recommend their new Jimmy Mustard, which happens to be delicious! I simply do not understand why they are not allowed to service the customers as any other sandwich shop does. Not even the employees could tell me a reason why. I could understand if there were health code violations, but those violations would also have to apply at every other sandwich shop in town.
I give this location five stars for overall food and staff quality, but would rate the corporate policies at three because there should be no issue with building my sandwich the way I want it built.

The staff was polite and professional, even amongst themselves. The ingredients were very fresh and delicious. Their brand of chips is great, of you like kettle cooked, they’re thick and crunchy. I got a kids sub, but I want to go back when I can eat more, so I can eat more.
