This is my first time eating here I ordered the toasted chicken, bacon ranch sub with a side of potato salad and a lemonade. My total came to about $18. I can’t really say that I enjoyed the sub or the potato salad and not to mention the lemonade was sour. I mean, overly sour like bitter And unfresh. The potatoes in the potato salad were undercooked. The potatoes had a gritty like texture. The sub wasn’t entirely horrible. I just don’t care for the taste of the chicken. It kinda tasted canned. I’m definitely open to revisiting this restaurant. I’ll probably try out a cold sub next round.

I pre ordered my lunch from this location. I scheduled a pick up order between 1:00-1:15pm. I received a notification on my phone that my order was ready for pick up at 12:52pm. Which is extremely frustrating because by the time I was able to get out of work for my lunch break, drive over there, and get my food, my sandwich was complete MUSH. It had clearly been sitting there for a good while and was not edible due to the entire thing falling apart after one soggy bite. When you as the business give the customer the option to choose a time, maybe don’t make the food till that time??? Why offer scheduling if y’all aren’t gonna care about it??? Absolute waste of time and money for me.

Ordered a giant sandwich with no mayo right before closing. Customer service was lacking because they were arguing about getting online orders in store. Get home, a quarter of the sandwich had no mayo, and it was great. Then the rest was covered in a ridiculous amount of mayo. Really Jimmy John’s, just messed up dinner. Since they were closed, not able to get the issue corrected. Straight fail. Unfortunately you can’t trust the person that takes your order at Jommy John’s. Make sure you open and check the sandwich before leaving so your money isn’t wasted.

Tried their new toasted sub. I figured like every other place that they would just toast the meat, cheese, and bread. They legit toasted the entire built sub with lettuce, avocado, and mayo. I am pregnant and was excited to try it. As soon as the HOT lettuce and avocado hit my tongue, I dry heaved. I was so sad. Please for the love of everyone, just bread meat and cheese toasted.

The food is okay. Service is great and quick. The only thing i noticed is i ate a giant sub and about an hour later I felt like I hadn’t ate anything. Mind you im 150lbs 5’10 and eat 4 meals a day with protein to stay slim fit. Something is off if it is 1800 calories and an hour later its as if you ahvemt ate all day.
