I asked the biggest guy behind the counter could he warm up my sandwich he said “No he couldn’t make an exception for me”. I didn’t ask for much. I was very disappointed. There was a small bug in the wrapping of my husband’s sandwich which we saw once he finished his sandwich. We don’t know if it was in there when the sandwich was made or flew/crawled in there while he was eating. When I showed the guys behind the counter their response was “Oh yea we have flies in here” Other than those negatives, the music was good. I enjoyed laughing and joking with my husband but I won’t be returning to this location again.

The menu is confusing and the staff were not very helpful. I saw a sandwich on the app, but I was told only rewards members could order it and is had to be ordered through the app. I did not eat there. I might try again another day.

Lettuce and a thin slice of tomato took over the ONE slice of ham and ONE slice of cheese. Very disappointed, not what it used to be. $8, overpaid for what I received.

I had a great experience at Jimmy John’s! The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean. Fast, fresh, and tasty—definitely one of the best sandwich spots around!

This restauraunt is consistently fast and delicious! By the time I have ordered and filled up my drink cup my sandwich is ready to eat! Everyone who works there is friendly and always has a smile. The sandwich bread on the subs are delicious. We are regular customers and love Jimmy Johns!
