My first time here. Was told it was good by family but I was very disappointed in A. The lack of filling, size, and flavor of the subs (or lack there of) and B. The cost to portion ratio of the pesto pasta side but that I’m sure is a company thing not specific to this location

Placed online order at 11:40. Called at 12:40 and told that driver was out. 25 minutes later and still no delivery even though we are 5 minutes away. Girl who answered phone was by her self so wouldn’t call driver to get an eta. Don’t order from here if you expect food in any reasonable time. 1.5 hours for ham sandwiches located 1 mile away and store refuses to contact driver to get his eta. Order arrived at 1:11pm.

The new heated sandwiches are amazing and I hope they add them to the year round menu.

Side note, it’s always freezing cold and I’m a girl that runs hot, so for me to be cold it’s saying something. I’ve watched move to the patio from the cold temps.

We love Jimmy Johns and this one has great people working there. Delivery service is still fast if they are delivering it themselves but when they use a food delivery service it is very very slow. It took over an hour via a 3rd party delivery. I get that they can’t deliver if they are understaffed but I wish I knew before ordering because I can send one of my kids and do take out instead. No complaints other than that

Always enjoy my Jimmy John’s Subs, however the girl building sandwiches had extremely greasy hair, was wearing a mask pulled down just below her nose and sadly seemed to have some type of upper respiratory illness. Thankful for the masks as it relates to people preparing food only!

All the folks working here are so friendly and to top it off, most all the Jimmy John’s including this one has the pellet ice for the beverages. (I always take an extra cup just to get extra ice). I love the slim options on Jimmy John’s menu. I don’t like all the garden stuff like tomatoes, lettuce pickles, ETC. on my sandwich so I can order a slim and it’s just to meat & the cheese & the bread and I don’t have to worry about it
